Note: "DEI" stands for "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion".
It is being used by MAGA people as a slur against people of color, the disabled,
and others who might only be hired as "tokens" of whatever they appear to represent.
It is replacing "Affirmative-Action Employee" as an insult.
