That's my take on it.

I recall how years ago, the local news was doing something about the Kennedy assassination, and instead of showing actual footage of Lee Harvey Oswald in police custody when brought before the reporters, they had a clip of a reenactment of the scene from the movie, JFK, with actor Gary Oldman playing Oswald.

There was a book published a few years ago called "Liberal Fascism." Many people on the left mocked the very idea. The election aftermath has pretty much shown the title was on target.

Before the election, we were told that Trump was a Nazi and his jackbooted thugs would take over and put people into camps and treat them as nonhumans. That is, to do what was only done previously in America by Democrats.

Society is more divided now than at any time since the Civil War. People hate other people because of who they voted for. People are even choosing friends and breaking apart from family members based on who they supported in the last election. Beyond Facebook unfriending, relationships are impacted. It’s based on fear, disappointment, and hatred, and it seems to be all coming from one side.

Leftists said if Trump won, that there’d be violent mobs of hate, and intolerant fascists would try to silence those with whom they disagree. And they were right. It just was by a group of people from which they didn’t expect it: themselves.

This election? In which a Republican has been elected president, has started persecuting people based on nationality, has starting stripping people of access to their rights, and has clamped down on freedom of speech and freedom of the press?

This has only shown that the right is closer to fascism than the left. We wouldn't be seeing any of this lunacy with Obama or Clinton as president.

Bill Maher and guests get apoplectic when Piers Morgan dares to suggest the reaction to Trump is counterproductive.
Googling it every organization putting up this video is saying Morgan is Trump supporter who gets owned. Morgan is the guy who got thrown off of CNN for being to strident for gun control and he says here he agrees with Maher on most things


I did not agree with some things Morgan said in this video but I agree in the long run about the left in general being counterproductive in their reaction to Trump. The guest from move on was so excited because they "won" in court. The Trump ban might very well be thrown out but they have not won anything yet, they got a stay which prohibits enforcement of the executive order for now. Thier fascism helped us get Trump, and if they continue they will get a Republican landslide in 2020. If they succeed in their aim of driving so Trump totally insane they get President Pence. Be it President Pence or a Republican landslide it means more actual policies progressives oppose. But I guess that is not as important to some of these people destroying an opponent in an argument. As one guest said these are not normal times. Picking your battles is a still good advice. The resistance is not doing everything wrong the womens march was very effective politically precisely because it demonstrated(pun intended) peaceful strength.

Jim Jefferies is the hero internet land. This is the same guy who made an X rated joke about Barron Trump. Enough said.

Even if she did testing and found she is truly 3% American Indian (1/32) as she thinks, to actually claim that 3% as who you are indicates a mental condition.

Something is lacking, and she uses the minority status to fulfill it.

Maybe, she thought she was too boring, so she uses the Indian heritage to make herself seem interesting.

The legality of it is so unquestionable, it would be unfathomable that SCOTUS would rule against it without creating law which is not in their jurisdiction. This is not a dictatorship of judges! Pick your battles, this hysteria about everything Trump does is not conducive to a better end for you or me. We have a lying propagandist press that is at war with the president and the American people, they spread misinformation and create these false narratives because the interests they represents are unwilling to cede the power cede the power they have gained. They are not your friends and their interests are not your own, I do not be believe they speak for the majority of the American people.

The truth is we're are coming to a point in our civilization to where we need to make some really consequential decisions, we have the power to decide the fate our nation like at few other points in history and in our republican form of democracy it will ultimately be decided by the voters. Elections have consequences and never has a truer statement ever been said! Ultimately the issue with an even numbered court is that it kicks decisions down the road and we have a qualified judge nominated to the court that at this time. We may have a constitutional crisis which can legally be solved by our congress or by convention as called by the states.
