Yeah, heck some might even feel they're earning brownie points for disregarding the matter that they are female candidates. If there were a female democrat candidate other than Billary Clinton running for office, there would probably be so much "you have to be a chauvinist not to vote for the lady!" or something of the sort similar to the racist smear tactics perpetrated against almost anyone who doesn't like Obama.

I don't know who Elizabeth Dole is and I don't remember any news. Wife of Bob Dole I'm guessing, who ran for president in '96?

I don't dislike her as a person but I don't think she has the aptitude to be president. I've never heard her discus a difficult issue in depth or seriously and I question her ability to deal effectively with other countries.

She also did not complete her term as Governor of Alaska.

According to admittedly not the most reliable source of information in the world...

What's just plain pathetic is the Palin-derangement syndrome of people digging into her e-mail to try to find any bit of dirt they could, only they found jack squat in 24,000 emails.

Seriously, at this point Palin should run for President because the media is going to be digging through her trash anyways, and trying to attack her on comma usage, she may as well run.
