Funny, some of the worst driver's I've seen have either been from out east, or College Professors and/or College students.

Um... what's your point in even bringing that up? There are a lot of incompetent drivers. Some of them are college professors. A ton of them are students, both high school and college. I believe the girl who ran into me was a student at my school.

Islamic atheists?

Someone please tell me he misspoke on this one. I know plenty of both Muslim Americans and atheists with morals that would put many Christians to shame. Every religion with perhaps the exception of Budhism has a violent extremist streak, so he needs to put the fear mongering to rest.

They are claiming that Newt shouldn't be President because he had an affair, yet these same individuals have no problem with Clinton being President and he not only had affairs, he also lied under oath before a Federal Grand Jury, which is a felony. Newt Gingrich did not lie under oath before a Federal Grand Jury.


Not everyone blindly supports whatever candidate one party nominates.

I am a qualified licensed pilot on both land and seaplanes and have flown at night and in fog and I found it considerably easier (and more boring) than driving a car. Aside from landings and take-offs, there just isn't that many things to hit and the only control necessary for level flying can be managed with the index finger on the wheel or stick with a light touch to compensate for the engine torque. Chandelles, tailspins, eights on and around pylons are a cinch and anything more strenuous would have torn the wings off the light planes I flew so barrel rolls and loops were out. Side-slipping a plane for a short landing can be a bit tricky but well within the capability of a driver who can parallel park.

The age requirements to get a pilot's license are lower than for a driver's licence, for whatever reason. My father flew planes before he drove cars. From what he's told me, flying isn't significantly more challenging than driving. Perhaps it is a different story with high-performance jet aircraft.

I thought I was clear enough that I was speaking based on what I have been told. My dad has flown based solely on instruments, though. I have not flown a plane, and I don't really enjoy driving cars. I prefer to stick with my bicycle.

ffs, Ruveyn, instrument flying isn't that difficult either. It can be freaking scary, but it's not terribly difficult.
