Is Rush Limbaugh Over-Paid?
Also what was Ayers doing at the party, I thought he was just some guy that happened to live in the same neighborhood as Obama (if we take Obama at his word). Did you know Ayers and Dohrn were the ones that introduced Barack Obama to Michelle.
More of Mr. Limbaugh's inane garbage? Or where are you getting this from?
I admittedly know little or nothing about this get together, but I take it that Obama doesn't make any Antisemitic statements, nor does he plot to commit acts of terror. Again, it was a friendly get together, and blowing it out of proportion is only going to make your side look foolish.
On second thought, yell it from the roof tops.

The man is friends with an unrepentant domestic terrorist whom publically says he doesn't regret setting bombs and didn't do enough, and you don't find that a cause of concern.
He is also in the church of a man that preaches, "God D*** America!" and you don't find it a cause of concern.
He is friends with a PLO-Spokesman from back when it was a Terrorist Group, and you don't find it a cause of concern.
How many more of these acquantances will it take before it starts to become a cause of concern?

Bill Ayers is, as I said already, a washed up domestic terrorist, and his days of hurting people are long over. Rev. Wright is just that, a reverend, and most of his profession are harmless, despite their incendiary words. In fact, I don't know of a recent act of violence perpetrated by black churches. And lastly, the threat to America and her allies isn't from the secular minded PLO, but from the religious fanatics in Islam.
So no, I'm not particularly worried.

Just to clarify, are you purporting that some political speech is dangerous? I can understand a difference of opinion, refuting someone's ideas, etc, but proclaiming their exercise of speech to be actually harmful feels like inching towards demanding that they be silenced. Am I reading more into that than I should be?

You are.
I'm not saying he shouldn't be allowed to speak, I'm saying people should be aware of the hate behind his message.

Hate? Based on the article that Panda posted, it sounds like the driving force behind his message is love... of money.
A more interesting question to me is whether someone who says controversial things because they believe them should be judged more or less harshly than someone who says the same things because it pays by people who disagree. Take Trump and Birtherism; IMHO it's a stupid issue and I don't tend to think highly of people who espouse it, but the Donald is brilliantly exploiting it to get paid. Is that better or worse than actually being a Birther? Honestly I don't know where to come down on it, ideologue vs mercenary.

Actually, I think there is a bit of a misunderstanding here. I was referring to a particular holy roller (name escapes me - sorry) who's posing as a constitutional scholar, with ties to white supremacists, and the so called White Christian Identity Movement who Glenn Beck, and several high ranking Republicans are paling around with. I only brought him up when Inuyasha brought up Obama's alleged dangerous associations.

Speaking of associations, at least President Obama doesn't go to the Dominican Republic, with a suitcase full of viagra, for the express purpose of buggering little boys.
One phenomenon that we have observed in this country is a massive redistribution of our wealth: an increasing concentration of our nation's wealth into fewer and fewer hands. Of course, Mr. Limbaugh's listeners will say "Wow! That's really great! I'm so glad that Rush Limbaugh and others are getting richer and richer while most of us are getting poorer and poorer!"
Mr. Limbaugh could certainly afford to pay a lot more in taxes, if he cares about budget deficits.
Of course, during the Bush years, the Republican mantra was "Deficits Aren't Important!"
Now, deficits have become mysteriously important.
Ha! No mystery, really.

Sort of reminds me of an In Living Color skit, in which a pimp and flimflam man convinces morons to make him rich in a TV commercial. One lady told how her husband said she was nuts for wanting to send him all their money, but she knew she could do it. Now, her husband left her, but at least she knows she's made the pimp rich.

And I should believe a word you are saying why? White Supremist groups have a reputation for hating Mormons, and Glenn Beck is a mormon. What you are saying does not compute.
