Fnord, you seem to be harbouring the (mistaken) belief that I harbour a pro-Islam standpoint. I don't. I harbour an anti-bigot standpoint.

When someone is hammering home a point and case against an entire sexual, ethnic or religious demographic, regardless of their belief system, then well, I have a big problem with that. Especially when there is a historical precedence that has resulted in attempted genocide.

And what do you think will happen to the Jews in Israel if Israel ceases to exist? Do you think Hamas will be peace and love with them, or do you think they'll massacre every Jew in Israel?

Would be interesting to see though if you can substantiate that soundbite though.

If nothing else, I can't support the comment that he's a Holocaust denier. However, some of his comments and his actions look distinctly dodgy.

Wow, i dont care if this is an adhom but i now take you for an even bigger dick than i originally took you for.

I made a case against islamophobia, and i have now transmorphisised into Lenny Murphy.

Who'dve thought that.

You know it may have escaped your attention but there is a school in orthodox judaism that advocates a return to a Palestinian governed state before the creation of Israel.

Their rationale comes from the historical precedence that, jews and arabs co-habited peacefully in the land until 1946 and the religious scripture in the Talmud that forbades the creation of a jewish state through violent or non-amicable means.

As has been correctly said, Islam, is a genuine credible threat neither to myself or the indigenous population of Great Britain. However it makes a wonderful boogeyman for the right wing media to hurdle the masses against.

Just as the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center made wonderful targets for fanatical Muslims to hurl planes against.

I'm not sure what point you're making other than to make an emotive and sanctimonius tautology.

A quarter of a million Iraqis died in America and Britains blitzkreig while in Afghanistan the number of casualties, both as a result of NATO actions and crossfire continues to rise. So yes, they more than satisfied their batshit star spangled bloodlust.

...and people are wondering why muslims are so pissed off. You only need to open your eyes.

I think it's kind of simplistic to just divide the world into two camps, bullies and victims. There's plenty of overlap and the west isn't the only bully in the world. Everyone's s**t stinks as far as I'm concerned.

Also, if it was US policy alone that caused terrorism I'd have expected some Latin American groups to have flown some planes into US buildings as well.

I'm well aware of this kind of thinking. It's widely reviled by the vast majority of Jews in Israel itself, but then you know that.

Just because there are Jewish anti-Semites out there doesn't mean that most Israelis want to become turkeys voting for Christmas.

I'm yet to be convinced that jews are 'safer' as a result of Israels existance. They have enemies from within, and on every border. It seems they want a state for the sake of having a state, even if it means spiting their neighbours. It certainly isn't protecting anyone.

Jews in New York or London are a damn site less vulnerable to religiously inspired terrorism than Jews in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, thats for sure.

Please don't conflate anti Zionism with anti semitism. They arent the same thing. Jews arent anti Semitic, but some Christians and agnostics are Zionist. I'm sick of Zionists abusing the anti semitism card everytime someone dares criticise Israel. It does a disservice to the word.

What statements? It's essentially an Us V Them rant.

Oh - this talk of 'we' in 'the west'. He assumed my assent. I do not give my assent. There. He's been falsified, thanks to his bombastic rhetoric.

Let's go chat with a Nazi, or a Klan member. They'll tell us all about the terrible things the Jews and/or Blacks are doing. You would be missing the point if you decided to debate with them. You'd either have to say 'no, they're not doing that', or 'yes, some do, but they're not all like that'. And essentially you'd be tacitly agreeing with the racist, because to debate you'd agree there is a level of 'badness' where their hatred of Jews or Blacks is justified. Yet their hatred preceeds any material facts of the 'badness' or otherwise of Jews or Blacks.

There are lots of people within various Islamic countries fighting arguing and fighting against oppression. More often than not they are crushed or imprisoned, with help and/or encouragement from the West - Saddam was a bastard, but he was our bastard, etc.

I would agree the Koran contains horrific verses. As do many other books of religion and philosophy. I disagree hugely that Islam is a threat to my life.

Does he call on the West to stop propping up such regimes, and to withdraw troops from there? To, you know, stop bombing them, to stop occupying and using drones and so on?

Does Mr Condell concern himself with non anti-Islamic politics? Does he make such videos calling for more funding for women's refuges, or gay helplines? Does he call for better working conditions? Does he campaign against government cuts in public services? Against all the many things that bring misery to people's lives, that are a far more immediate threat than Islamic terrorists?

Many of the people who follow Islam are. Same for any other religion. The difference is the scale of the terrorism. David Koresh was a threat, but his threat died with him.

Imo, America should pull all of its assets out of any country where Islam is the official state religion -- or any country that has an official state religion, and that includes Great Britain and Vatican City!

No, because like other right wing rent a gobs he is an anti worker piece of s**t who has set himself clearly to be an antagonist specifically along religious lines.

After the BNP or similar has its Beer Hall Putsch, he will be one of the ones strapped up in jackboots and a brown shirt.

He dislikes all religion, but especially Christianity and Islam. He has spoken out frequently on the subject of persecution of gays in Christianity and Islam, and endlessly derides Christianity (do you want me to give you a list of all the videos he has done where Christianity is attacked?) and frequently endorses campaigns for women's rights and secularism. As for his politics, atheism is what he talks about in the main but he was a former member of the Labour Party. According to Condell, he's actually pretty left-wing in social policies (he did a political survey that showed him to be decidedly on the left). He's a member of UKIP but doesn't agree with all their policies but does agree with the main one - that the UK should leave the EU.

Have you thought about asking him yourself? He has a Twitter feed, you know.

Finally we agree on something.

Frankly I wish America would just f**k off altogether. If we should be building a relationship with anyone, its China.

So was Hitler, that was how he garnered and solicited the support of the German working class.

Most fascists steal the language of the left for this purpose. Most of which incidently, are also secularists. See a pattern here?
