As for my motives, you can only speculate. And your willingness to give voice to your speculation further reinforces your peurile incapacity.

But regardless of whether my motives were selfish, petty, or sound, my response was, nonetheless, very much playing the ball. The legal prohibition against displaying the Totenkapf in Germany and other European nations (where WP is accessed) is no pretence. It's a real legal prohibition, and it exposes the owner of this sight to real legal sanctions. The issue wasn't you. The issue was what you were doing, and the legal risks that it created.

You have kept your nose clean since, and we have had no further trouble.

I used to eat cupcakes, and play with toy soldiers just like those. But, I grew up in less enlightened times.

But, it never occurred to me to place a toy soldier on a cupcake. There might be some potential health issues, if the toys weren't sanitized. Suppose he just got done playing with them in the cat's litterbox.

Do not forget BPA which is common in plastics.

A legal observation that just happened to come in the aftermath of being pwn3d by the owner of that avatar. How convenient.

I like how the picture also illustrates the amazing brass flinging ability of the MP5 series, and the K spits 'em out at an even faster clip than the full length versions. I used to hate working machine gun shoots next to booths running H&Ks, it would never fail that I'd be bent over digging out a magazine or something and catch a full shower of hot brass on the back of my neck. It's even worse if it's the SD version, or god forbid someone who's screwed a can onto a K or PDW, as the added back-pressure just makes it throw the empties with even more velocity.

It has, indeed, occurred to me that you would like to mock me. I has also occurred to me that you have failed to do so. You are the only person on WP who cares about your comeuppance, and you are the only person who bothers to keep dredging it up. I would venture that no more than a handful of people in this forum even know what the "German Pirates" line refers to, and of that handful, I would be astonished if any of them are even remotely interested in it.

You are the only one who cares about it. You are the only one who keeps bringing it up. That tells me that I am living rent free in your cerebral cortex.

So splutter away. Every time you attempt to mock me, you just demonstrate that I managed to get under your skin. Every time you try to mock me you demonstrate that you are far more concerned with trying to score points off me than you are about discussing issues of substance. You make a mockery of yourself, thereby.

As for the legal situation in Jordan and Libya, I have no idea whether we have members from those states accessing the site, I have no idea what the state of the law is in those states, and so I leave it to those much better informed than I to provide advice to Alex about his legal risks on that front.

Your reasoning is faulty. Raptor's avatar does not print, paint or otherwise place anything on the flag, nor does it attach, append, affix, or annex anything to it. The eagle's head is clearly in the foreground and the flag in the background.
