How can I get myself back into going to church?

TC, I suggest that you go back to church. As other posters have recommended, you should look around a bit, you never know what you will find within other denominations. It would be even better if you can find several services each of a different denomination which you can attend on Sundays because then you will hear more than one sermon, each from a different perspective. I also recommend that you try to join a Bible study group if possible as you will then have the opportunity to analyze and better understand scripture, along with the different viewpoints that others will have of course.
