Some high heels are attractive.I guess if you were somewhere you didn't have to actually walk.
They also hurt my feet,I'm clumsy and they sink in the dirt. Not good in rural areas.
They also are bad on the back,I had a friend that broke a heel going down some stairs and she took a bad tumble.

Of course, some won't like it because it delivers truths they don't want to face.
The worse of the lot are male feminists.
You do know there is a difference between stereotypes and truth?
I did think the vid was funny.Hardly applies to some women.I hooked my sat receiver up by myself.I never ask for directions because I can read a map and fold it.
And as for intelligence,I scored a 98 on verbal skills on the ASVAB,what was your score Raptor?
The video only states the direction we've been going in and that we're still going in that direction. I only stated that I can't disagree with that since it is the truth.
I'd reply line by line to yours but it seems that this is Take Offense with Raptor month so to avoid more TOS's in my inbox I won't .
I'm not offended at all.Feel free to reply.I've never once reported anyone to a mod.
It may apply to more to women who are NT.It does not really apply to me and other women on this forum. Many women and men are not mechanically inclined. But I bet you dollars to donuts that I can identify every part on a Chevy small block engine. That I do owe my ex,I used to watch him rebuild them and even helped some.I'm not really partial to getting under them, but I may have to get under my car and change the fuel filter.not looking forward to that. Its got a hot battery, alternator is good, starter is turning over, but it won't start. If it's not the fuel filter(they can get water in them)I'm guessing fuel pump. That I wouldn't try to change because I doubt I have the tools and it may be under the tank.
Feel free to attempt to offend me.
Nope. Too many soft skinned neurotic Raptor haters here who might even tattle on me on your behalf to a moderate that hates me.
On a more serious note: Before you try and find and replace that fuel filter and/or fuel pump I'd do some online research. I'd check all the fuses first. By all I mean they can be in more than one location (under the dash and under the hood). If you just jump in there and start changing parts out willy-nilly you'll likely spend a lot of money replacing good parts and still not get the thing running. Diagnosing cars can be a confusing mess unless you have the right diagnostic equipment.

Before pregnancy tests were around, I'd assume women of child bearing age were given special treatment because they could be pregnant.Of course children should always be first, then parents of the children, then draw straws for everyone else.
Seems like a fair way to decide who gets a life boat.

Researcher Says Women's Initiation of Domestic Violence Predicts Risk to Women
Dr. Capaldi recently presented her work at "From Ideology to Inclusion 2009: New Directions in Domestic Violence Research and Intervention," an IPV conference in Los Angeles June 26-28 which was presented by the California Alliance for Families & Children and co-sponsored by The Family Violence Treatment & Education Association. While studies have consistently found that women initiate as much violence against their male partners as vice versa, two-thirds of domestic violence injuries are suffered by women.
Dr. Capaldi's research examined the different relationship violence scenarios -- violence by him only, violence by her only, violence by both with him initiating, and violence by both with her initiating. Of these, the most likely to result in future injury to women is when she initiates violence against him and he responds, although both mutually aggressive groups were close in danger levels.
Dr. Capaldi notes that in a study of women who were in a battered women's shelter, "67% of the women reported severe violence toward their partner in the past year." Others in the domestic violence field, including Erin Pizzey, founder of the first battered women's shelter in England in the early 1970s, have had similar findings.

About 80% of physical child abuse is committed by a child’s parent, where mothers perpetrate 67% of acts of physical abuse against children; 40% of the time mothers act on their own and 17%of the time the child is abused by both parents. There is a subset of scholarly literature which seeks to debunk the notion that women are “more likely” to commit child abuse than men, when they spend similar time caring for children. This defensive posture in response to mothers committing violence seems connected to the idea that women need to be thought of only as victims and not sometimes as perpetrators, in order to be worthy of protection.
Recent data on sexual harassment in the workplace indicate that 70% of women and 45% of men have experienced some form of sexual harassment at work. Between 1992 and 2008, the percentage of sexual-harassment charges filed by men with the EEOC doubled from 8% to 16%; among the reasons for this spike is that in poor job markets, when people are unable to change jobs, some opt to report the incidents when they might not have otherwise. One of the problems with the EEOC data on sexual harassment is that the agency does not identify the sex of the harasser; other studies have demonstrated that women’s harassment of men constitutes between 10-15% of all cases and men’s harassment by other men is approximately 20%. Cases of women sexually harassing other women in the workplace can be identified, but there’s been little attention to this.
More than 40% of domestic violence victims are male, report reveals
Campaign group Parity claims assaults by wives and girlfriends are often ignored by police and media
http://www.theguardian.com/society/2010 ... c-violence
About two in five of all victims of domestic violence are men, contradicting the widespread impression that it is almost always women who are left battered and bruised, a new report claims.
Men assaulted by their partners are often ignored by police, see their attacker go free and have far fewer refuges to flee to than women, says a study by the men's rights campaign group Parity.
The charity's analysis of statistics on domestic violence shows the number of men attacked by wives or girlfriends is much higher than thought. Its report, Domestic Violence: The Male Perspective, states: "Domestic violence is often seen as a female victim/male perpetrator problem, but the evidence demonstrates that this is a false picture."
Data from Home Office statistical bulletins and the British Crime Survey show that men made up about 40% of domestic violence victims each year between 2004-05 and 2008-09, the last year for which figures are available. In 2006-07 men made up 43.4% of all those who had suffered partner abuse in the previous year, which rose to 45.5% in 2007-08 but fell to 37.7% in 2008-09.

Pocketbook Power: How to Reach the Hearts and Minds of Today’s Most Coveted Consumer – Women
Bernice Kanner
From the Back Cover
Women as an economically disadvantaged group is a myth that negatively affects men.
Not too long ago, legendary adman David Ogilvy chided his peers for talking down to women. He berated those who ignored women or discounted them, misconstruing men’s higher paychecks to mean greater spending clout. And he was right. According to the Bureau of Economic Analysis, women–who comprise just over 51 percent of the U.S. population, making them the largest consumer segment in the country–control six trillion dollars in buying power annually. Statistics show that:
Women make 88 percent of all U.S. retail purchases. Some experts even predict that, by 2020, women will control most of the money in America.
Women control 88 percent of all purchases.
Women handle 75 percent of family finances. 43 percent of those with assets over $500,000 are women.
Women influence two out of every three of the 3 trillion dollars spent in the U.S. each year!
From the Sisters4Sisters Yellow Pages:
Women are starting businesses at twice the rate of men.
One out of every 11 American women owns her own business.
Currently there are over 10.6 million women-owned businesses employing 19.1 million people and generating $2.5 trillion in sales.
Women make or influence over 85% of all purchasing decisions.
In 2010, women have the majority of wealth in America.
