Uh, actually, yes it does cover Viagra, because it has been approved by the FDA, and if someone can get his doctor to put it down at medically necessary, Medicaid has to pay for it. Do some more research in to it, although your state may specifically disallow it, on the federal side, there is no restrictions, and lots of states do pay for it.

Also, if you look at the CA DOI report that I posted, suicide rates drop after appropriate treatment for gender dysphoria. They quote numerous studies (pp. 9-12).
