Neoconservatism makes us less safe, less free, and less prosperous. It is an extreme ideology that is rooted in the ideas of Woodrow Wilson and Leon Trotsky. Permanent revolution, forever war, seeding democracy, these people are not tough they are traitors. Neoconservatism feeds on the problems it creates, more neoconservatism will not make the problem go away but only compound it as it has for decades. This is what created ISIS. You can't work with these people because this one deluded ideal is all they care about, they will abandon every conservative policy position before abandoning war.

Like I said, Christie is a disgusting human being. I want him and people like him out of the party, they can go back from whence they came. They pose a much bigger threat to our national security than Russia does, these idiots actually want to start a war with them. Funding terrorists to fight terrorists is not in any way intelligent. McCain is always wrong and it will be a pleasure retiring him this year.

Look, I don't think we are as different as it might appear. Neoconservatism worries me big time based on past neocons. I can't stand the Bush family particularly. I still hate blanket statements though, and I feel like we need a strong hand in the white house. I still "extremely" worry about who we elect. Do we vote for one of the five potential neocons in searching for a strong leader? Do we vote Trump who shows little self control? Do we vote Cruz who occasionally wavers or back pedals but has some good plans? Do we vote Bernie who seems like a remarkable man but when reading body language appears that his old age might get him before he is able to make any great changes? Will anyone make any strong positive changes or is it all the standard "vote for me" promises? When I think of Fiorina, the word "actress" comes to mind quickly. Do we vote for Hillary who has been in Washington for ages and accomplished more negative than positive results? Do we vote Kasich who also appears that his old age is causing his nerves to make him a bit shaky on tv? It seems sad to waste an entire election to vote someone in who might pass away in the first year. Do we vote Paul who is constantly trying to "trick" the public by leaving out vital pieces of info? Do we vote Bush (ick!) who starts every statement with what everyone else is screwing up and goes on several tangents before answering a dang question? During a war, I think he would stand around lecturing for days while we are getting bombed. O'Malley is still looking for his bunghole and can't remember what it looked like. Do we vote for the neurosurgeon who couldn't scare or intimidate anyone if his life depended on it? Seriously, I could go toe to toe with him and kick his booty...with ease....and if I can do it and have no power, then yeah....that's a no-go. Do we vote Rubio who has some good answers but also has a little sweat on his upper lip during debates? Hmmm...never let 'em see ya sweat.

Our options are always poor, so what can you do? I blame nepotism in large part as well as the way our system is currently setup to begin with. We don't choose people to lead based on ability anymore, but based on a hierarchy that comes closer to resembling medieval times more and more. We can no longer stand behind a person who may come from a remote place with little support but has a huge amount of wisdom. They'll shoot that sucker down quickly so to speak. As a matter of fact, learning by trial and error is highly underrated. Now we are looking for "perfect" candidates with "perfect" records....but that ol school of hard knocks can teach people grand things. Yet, if you snag a great and wise middle class person to run for president, he or she is going to encounter a plethora of propaganda and subterfuge from big political money. And when is the last time we had a president who didn't disappoint? I don't care who Bill Clinton was finagling with, people could afford to pay their bills and eat during his term. Furthermore, my college politics professor advised us that the prez is only the front man anyway....it's congress that is making the big decisions....and the majority of them are not that great. So we have a majority of morons leading this country? Great. But it's always the lesser of the evils that you have to choose, and will it matter if the majority of the public is also ignorant? For every one smart vote, 100 boobs go to the polls and vote for the cutest, or the softest spoken, or the toughest speaker, and who makes changes? More often than not, none of them. And if you vote anything other than dem/rep, then you are just throwing away your vote cuz they never win. We have 3 dems and what like 13 reps now? So you can see the party to which the majority of people are adhering. However, their large numbers could be thinning their votes. I do, however, disagree that neoconservatives can be compared greatly to terrorists. And since the terrorists have struck first and are still striking daily, I have to say the climate requires a firm hand. As the climate changes, are we not allowed to switch from firm hand to a more peaceful leader? The sheer hatred that ISIS/ISIL has for us is forcing this hand and nothing else. So it's simply coming down to protect ourselves and fight or have mercy and hope terrorist will go away. But terrorist don't go away....they "never" go away. They don't stop. Miley Cyrus seems to be there hero, lol. (We can't stop). And here we sit, fighting amongst ourselves over issues that will likely not change until we get someone in office who "is" strong enough to create change...smh....and displacing our own fears and angers toward one another. Alas, human issues are the same now as they always have been in a manner of speaking. We need to have wiser citizens and candidates and also....and be strong protectors. Have fun finding that.

Trump has put out a program to the left of the left, and to the right of the right. Republicans who want to out tax cut him will have to abolish taxes. Leftist social programs cannot match the benefits of getting rid of all illegals, and ending all immigration, until America has full employment and rising wages.

You cannot cut taxes, spend more, and reduce the National Debt.

Trump can because getting rid of illegals, including sending those in jail to prisons in their home country, will greatly reduce our welfare and prison costs.

The Left is left saying that Syrians, and the Islamic State should come before the University educated with assets from many countries that have been applying for immigration for ten years and have spent thousands on applications. Nope, Syrians can come with no ID, no background check, and while we are at it, homosexuals with HIV in Africa are facing discrimination, and just want to come to America where they can marry.

Trump has shown he can beat the Republicans, and once the Democrats quit pretending to run against each other, and started taking shots at Trump. he shot back. All Hillary can say is, he is a bully. He can't talk about her because she is a woman!

When she ran against Obama for the Democratic nomination both were about expanding leftist rights. She got Sholonged.

Running against a Republican, Trump no less, her head will explode. Hillary reads from a script, she would not survive debate.

There is an appointed Washington Establishment, Hillary would keep it, Trump would appoint Eric as Tsar of abolishing Tsars, and the house keeping would be spotless. Abolishing the Department of Education would be a good start. Washington runs on head count, the more people under you the higher your GS rating.

The Social Security run SSI program spends 90% on administration, and 10% for medical costs and income support. It is a welfare program for government workers. SNAP food stamps, Unemployment, also fund Government employment more than social support.

National Health Care and a Minimum Income would replace all that.

The Government Workforce is never part of the productive workforce. They are a drain on the economy, and do not pay into Social Security. Making these people available for productive labor, in the wealth generating side of the economy, would do a lot of good.

We do have poor Americans. When a Citizen with a Social Security number is secure about Health Care and a Minimum Income, and they can make more without being cutoff, just taxed over $25,000, the bottom is going to rise. History shows their children rise higher.

While Media likes to show Black people making trouble in the streets, somewhere around 80% are just as boring as white people. The 20% are there mostly from a lack of opportunity. Sure, there are some bad people, they should be fed to lions on pay per view. It would reduce the cost of keeping lions.

Black, White, Hispanic, All Hairless Ground Apes are Equal, and smell. There is nothing we can do about stupid.

What we can do is offer a life path that contributes to the wellbeing of all. It's that or cat food.

We have more highly educated people than ever, it is not helping. It is the Lift/Drag, Power/Weight ratios, our progress will come from reducing drag and dead weight.

I can agree with most of that. However, when I say we need wiser people....or even more education.....I mean common sense education...and good fact-weighing skills...and cause and effect education...and learning how to use the ol' phrase "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." We may have more books crammed down people's throats, but that is only feeding memorization. Memorizing facts has proven to "not" feed wisdom. Look at all of the politicians of which we speak who don't seem to know squat in reality. They can toss out facts all day long and don't know what to do with it.

I had to overcome a lot of political hate just to support Trump.

He is not that good, I disagree with his view of economics. He is a General Contractor that knows the real estate market. He does know more than he is saying, other Republicans would steal his good lines. He only responds to Democrats taking a shot at him, not his platform against theirs.

He is the only one with the first principal of leadership, define where the lead want to go.

His main points I have heard for twenty years from a broad segment of the population. He is giving voice to what Americans have been saying, and Washington has ignored.

Illegal immigration, enforce the existing laws, all laws fail when some class is not subject to them.

The Tax Code, small business, which are the most common, and the largest employer in the country, much larger than major corporations, are subject to the same Compliance as Fortune 500 Companies. Not only taxes, but OSAH and EPA. Most of the Compliance is documenting that it does not apply. It is cheaper to hire a janitor service, than to fill out the quarterly paperwork about the type, chemical composition, of cleaning supplies.

Small business is the Sales Tax collector, the collector of Income Tax, Social Security, Unemployment, Workman's Comp, with record keeping and bank deposits demanded. We have to do the work for free, then are treated like thieves. Once someone might have shorted the government, now under penalty of law, on every line, we have to swear the truth of things we could never know. Employee claims four dependents, have you seen them and done DNA testing? If not, you have filed a false claim which is a Felony.

City, County, State, Federal taxes change, no one notifies those who pay. Missing an obscure tax change is a Felony. Just paying takes a Lawyer and Accountant. Payroll is another nightmare. At any time any of the tax authorities can demand all records going back seven to ten years, and for you to re-file everything. You are not charged with anything, just audited. The Tax laws have changed, no copies of the law as of seven years ago are available.

Simplified tax code for small business with a limit on record keeping would pay for another employee, maybe two.
Mop an Glow and Windex should not have to be reported quarterly to the EPA.

A friend who has a shop in an old building had a man come in begging to use a toilet. When he came out he handed my friend a $500 ticket because it was not Handicapped Accessible. At a boat yard the company was fined because women in the front office who never went in the yard were not wearing steel toe boots, hardhats, eye protection and hearing protection. The office had to be moved off site to comply.

These are speed traps for small business, with government agents seeking more ways to fine us.

One man I met made several valves for oilfield use. He was such a target, and fined for everything, machine shop, metal and cutting tools, that he moved, into an old barn out in the country.

Trump might do something about this. Small business does deserve a lower and simpler tax rate, as the largest employer, who collects the taxes. We pay the same rates as someone who just has a job.

Reviving the American Economy, making it the best place for business, producing full employment, higher wages, is the only way to bring in more tax income. Rising taxes, compliance, fines, have caused many to just close the shop.

Besides breaking the immigration laws, illegals do not stop there. There are a lot of thefts, robberies, rapes, murders, that would have never happened if there were no illegals. It is not a victimless crime of legal status. We are paying a high social cost for neglecting our existing laws. Then they get arrested, tried, sent to prison, then deported. Maybe twenty years later. It would be much cheaper if they were not here in the first place.

It is not just Mexicans, a lot of Chinese and Middle Easterners are caught coming over the Mexican border. Both have closed groups where illegals can live. Some of the Chinese have Triad links, or to the People's Army.

We do not know who is here, or what they are doing. We had better find out before it is too late.

Jail and mass deportation is the strongest thing we can do to keep others from coming. Building a wall keeps the worst out, the ones who would not face the Mexican Police at the border, most just come as shoppers, tourists, and stay. We have face recognition software that can match robbery video to a drivers license picture, from four states away. We can track tourists that overstay.

With 11 to 30 million, something should be done before it is 60 million. We have been deporting 2 million a year.

On the other hand the people who come to pick our crops do not have a legal way to do so. We used to have a program. We have to decide, do we want all painters, brick layers, cement finishers, roofers, to be Mexicans, or do some of our Citizens need those jobs? Most construction sites around here are mostly Mexican. Not just houses, Bank Buildings. Construction work is the high paying end of the less educated workers job choices. Also, Americans pay taxes on those jobs, and Social Security, and spend the money here.

We have to protect the bottom of our people, those who being a roofer might be the best job they ever had. Maybe a used pickup, a used trailer, an acre, a dog, is the most they will ever have, they work, they deserve it.

I would include National Health Care, and minimum income. Help the bottom take a step up the ladder.

American goals are not out of reach, we will be a better country for taking care of our own and our borders.

They choose their nominee at their convention at the end of May. Gary Johnson will likely be the nominee again, former governor of New Mexico and got their highest vote total ever 2012. Not sure what anybodies issue would be with him. Now John McAfee and Jesse Ventura also expressed interest but they're crazy as s**t and won't get it, especially McAfee.

It's the same shtick shock jocks and musicians have been using for years, offending people who won't vote for you or buy your product anyways, so that their protests buy you free coverage, and their enemies become your friends. The technique is older than dirt and hardly unique to America, it just looks new due to how connected we are these days and how much faster and farther it spreads.

I seem to recall you having some issues with him back in 2012, namely that his name wasn't Ron Paul and that you didn't like his immigration stance.

Really though, he is a pretty hard guy to dislike, excluding the brain dead partisans of course.

Well there are/were certain things about Gary Johnson that I disliked and he doesn't compare to Ron Paul but there is just as much if not more about Rand Paul that bothers me. Gary is wrong on immigration, abortion, and FairTax but I believe him for the most part to be a good man and right on so many other issues that both the main parties get wrong, I did vote for him in the general FWIW. Some of it is a style thing too, Gary Johnson is more of a pragmatist and likes to talk about the cost-benefit analysis of everything which in a vacuum is not too bad but you need to make the emotional argument as well possibly even more.
