Scalia Death Conflicting Reports Coming In
MISSLIZARD:
About that Fox News article: they are reporting the facts - "Natural Causes" is being put on the death certificate.
This article also says that Scalia's doctor said that Scalia had "ONLY MINOR AILMENTS". That is why an autopsy is necessary.

When you are that age a minor ailment can take you out.He had injured his shoulder, always the possibility of a blood clot later. An elderly woman up the road from me slipped and fell on the ice one winter and that night died in her sleep. She was in good health for her age, always working in the garden. Most likely her death was related to the fall.
What if he had high blood pressure? He could have had a stroke in his sleep. No one really knows what his health issues were but his physician, and that's privileged info.

Medical ailments get overlooked all the time. Especially in older people. And it is not unusual for someone of that age to die suddenly. It happens all the time.
George Carlin went to the hospital complaining of mild chest pains only to die later that day. Things like this happen.
Omg. Now you are all dwelling on just the pillow. Can you not see the bigger picture? No one in this thread ever become a lawyer. The pillow is just one facet of the puzzle. Stop thinking about parties of Republican and Demos and look at the facts. I don't care what side you're on - any government official should have an autopsy to confirm reason of death. You don't guess how the person died over the freaking phone. I don't even understand how anyone can accept this as acceptable especially with a government official.
In the hospital, regular people get an autopsy if the death is at all questionable and the doctor can overrule the family on that decision.

I'm sorry but if you're getting your info from infowars or the drudge report then you have very few facts and a whole lot of conjecture and speculation.
George Carlin isn't an important government official on the Supreme Court making big life changing decisions for the country during an election year. Whoever is the replacement will be permanent. So don't tell me there is no foul play involved here. So far, no one from the Left has been able to give a good explanation of what went on. WHY? BECAUSE THERE IS NOT ONE.
This is just post Day 1. More news will come out, but until then I have homework to do. Going back and forth about if people sleep with a pillow on their face isn't going to solve anything.

Where I get my information does not matter. The information is fact until you can prove it wrong by one of your news sources. That's how a debate goes.

In which case, if there were enough suspicion - based on verifiable, reputable facts , not radio speculation - there can and will be an autopsy ordered. And if it is not deemed suspicious, which so far seems the case, there won't be.
I am unaware of any broad policy that requires autopsies on all politicians. Might it be a good idea? Maybe. But is it now?
As has been reported, the law on site saw nothing suspicious. The jop discussed with them (they said no signs of foul play), the doctor, and the family before making the call.
Could it be a conspiracy? sure. Anything could. So far though, the facts that have come through don't seem to weigh heavily in that direction. Additionally, a murder plan that involves getting a well known man to a location with 35 others and then poisoning him so you, confident you'll have a period when he's alone and no one will see you go in his room, can later smother him? That's quite complicated.
And from what you're saying, the murderer then kindly put his arms crossed on his chest..while getting caught in the act and leaving the pillow on his face.
Call me 'you people' or not, that just doesn't make a lot of sense.

The explanation is he died. He was 79...

So, that's how a debate goes. I say you are a sky God from the computer age created by a programmer. Therefore, that's a fact which you need to disprove. I know it sounds crazy, but you set the rules...

Actually it matters a lot where your news comes from. And your premise doesn't work either. I could say there is an alternate dimension where you're a left wing Democrat and until you prove that statement wrong it must be a fact.
I listen to Alex Jones occasionally. I think it's hilarious the things he says at times when it's not just frustrating. I heard him claim that the global elite want to eliminate over 99 percent of the worlds population so they can merge their consciousness with computers and live forever. He speculated that sandy hook was a red flag the day it happened. Same with the Boston marathon and the aurora shooting. In fact I can't think of a single tragedy he hasn't called a red flag.
It's not a conspiracy, globalization is the new world order. The melting together of transnational corporations, the banks, and government, our sovereignty is being stolen right from under us. Worldwide fascism is right in front of us, open your eyes! The middle class in America is being eliminated, the people most invested in liberty, the poorest of the poor and the richest of the rest are dependent and much more invested in the status quo.
an obese 79 year old man died in his sleep. Quelle surprise.

...Scalia's family didn't think a private autopsy was necessary and requested that his remains be returned to Washington as soon as possible, Lujan said.
(bolding mine).
Face it: this is God's way of saying that he wants Obama's legacy to live on in the courts (that's sarcasm, as I am a pantheist).

Maybe you should stop reading the National Enquirer in the grocery aisle.
