If you're a aspie, how do you feel about one guy/girl labeling you as mentally defective and taking your rights away and then everyone around you not wanting to be near you since your mentally defective and a danger to others according to the government.
Then to see other aspies hate on aspies it's just awful. All the work to get society better, to treat disabled people with respect and not sterotypes them is going down the drain, up until 1980 most not nt people were simple locked up from child hood for the safety of the public. I feel we now moving back that way. Everyone is hating on disabled and aspies. Blaming us for all the crime and trying to call us mentally ill and such. It's scary.

If you are mentally ill, you should lose at least one right, the right to own a deadly weapon. Sorry if public safety feels like Nazi Germany to you. I think it will result in fewer people getting killed, not more.
As very few mentally ill people kill people and those who have stole the guns, no it won't do s**t other then get lot more disabled people killed.
Mentally adjudicated is determined by a court of law. Some burcocrate in school has no right to call me mentally ill and take my rights. You should leave this site since you hate aspies so much.
Even if I thought that autism were a mental illness, it would not be hate to take away a right that puts the public and themselves in danger. Also I provided three examples of mentally ill people who bought guns legally and committed mass murder.

three people with mental illness killed people. i guess every person with mental illness, whether actually dangerous or not, should have to pay for that. how many "sane" people have killed people? (answer: many) should we take away guns from everyone without a mental illness then?
