You are right, the young Caucasian girl should not have put her message to the world or predominantly Caucasian countries, she should have directed it mostly at China. I am sure China will change its mind purely from feeling like it is ganged up on rather than pushing for a global movement.
And it isn't like if you go by per capita for population, China is 12th, USA is 3rd and Australia is 2nd just underneath Saudi Arabia.
