A couple of decades ago I was looking after the house of some friends while they were away. Lying in bed in an otherwise empty house, I listened to the zipper of my bag, located to the side of the bed, run its tracks back and forth several times. Of course I didn't look. If I'm in an empty house and that's happening, damn sure I don't want to see what's there.

Years before that, when I was still a Christian, on one occasion I was $30 short on my rent, due Monday. So the day before, at church, I prayed for it. After church a woman handed me an envelope saying she felt God wanted me to have it. $30.

On one occasion when share housing with Goths, the mother of one of our friends did the rounds looking for her daughter (our friend) whom she hadn't seen in a week, and asked if we had seen her. We had no idea where she was, but promised to notify her if we found out where the daughter was. After she left, we each took to our various divination tools. I was doing runes. The message I got was safe + on water. She turned up again a week later. Seems she forgot to inform her mother that she'd be spending a couple of weeks with her new boyfriend on his houseboat.

That's just a few things I remember. For what it's worth, there's other instances. My point though is this. I couldn't replicate it in a lab. I never 'made' any of it happen to begin with. It just happened. These things happen. They are real. I'm not interested in proving them. I don't care if you believe (belief being more an issue of 'will' than 'facts').

But I believe. No theories. Just experiences.

I just purchased a 20% share, so yes, I have a 1/5th interest in magick.

Speak for yourself. You can't know if I'm being sarcastic by reading my post. Don't act like just because you can't do something that means it can't be done.

I add an /s to my posts if and only if it can't be worked out from context. When I say something like "in my country everyone must be married by 30 or post a video with a comedic cartoon drawing of a wizard (no need to watch the video, just look at the picture) it can be worked out from context.

I'm not going to change my writing style just to appease you. You can add me to your list but you'll probably make one more post on the topic of sarcasm just to get the last the last word.

He stopped arguing about sarcasm. Reverse psychology. Works every time.

I think these threads are mostly about bullying (ie. people stupid enough to believe x are likely too stupid to be able to defend themselves, just like face-to-face status poaching offline, so free dunks), and being it's that sort of dynamic just about anything could be pulled in for the same ride - even people provisionally agreeing but didn't do it in the right way.

Nobody listens to me anyway, lol.

Not really ... I just got tired of arguing with people who are all talk and no action.

If you can do magick, then show me; otherwise, you are all just blowing hot air.
