"Look what happened to Rome!" or "Sodom had fire fall down on it for that kind of lust"
or "He's just trying to be different." No one ever wants to accept difference in kind with a minority. I never received that instructional video on how to kick others who are congenitally different. Can I borrow yours?

I have no such video. Why would I need one?

No, actually let's not be thorough. The reason why not is simply because this thoroughness is a charade by a person who has not studied the New Testament in enough depth to note that food laws, a lot of ceremonial laws, and etc were abolished in the New Testament, sometimes quite explicitly and therefore do not have validity to the matter at hand.

This is not a matter of hunting and pecking, Leviticus is not the only quote that can be interpreted as anti-homosexual, there are a number of quotes from the New Testament as well, the stuff that Christ or his apostles wrote down.

Paul was neither the Christ nor one of the Apostles. Please provide a quotation from Jesus or any of his 12 Apostles to prove your point.

Acts 9:3-16 for starters. Also, you mean Disciples, not Apostles, as Paul was an Apostle hand-picked by Christ.

Acts 9:3-16 is the story of Paul's conversion to Christianity... I find no mention of Homosexuality anywhere in those verses. Again, please find a section where either Jesus or one of his 12 Apostles condemns homosexuality.

paul is the god of christianity. forget jesus. he was just an instrument to bring the glory of paul to the world.

Much better question: is having brown eyes a bad thing?

It is widely known that only those with blue eyes will go through the gates of Heaven.

All people with brown eyes are gross, filthy, immoral and repugnant. I can't even imagine brown eyed people holding hands or even worse, kissing, how repulsive!

In the Bible, Jesus said "Brown eyed people shalt not lie with other brown eyed people, for brown eyed people are inherently flawed and are destined to go to hell straight away, without passing "GO". And to prove it I have sent AIDS to the world in an attempt to kill all remnants of brown eyed people!"

And to think that now, brown eyed people have the nerve, the nerve!, to want to get married and have the same rights as blue eyed people, that is total, utter madness! I mean, these people have brown eyes, come on! They shouldn't have any rights at all! What's next? A brown eyed person as president???

Frankly, I don't even want any brown eyed people near me, not in my neighborhood, and certainly not in my church. Why, if you let any brown eyed people near our children, they'll surely try to recruit our pure blue eyed children and somehow change their blue eyes to brown. I've heard about this on the Evangelical Channel, it can happen to our bluest eyed children!

Be careful, and do not succumb to temptation, let the brown eyed people perish and let us blue eyed people flourish in the glory of God!

----As a homosexual who can't change his orientation anymore than you can change the true color of your eyes, this is what I keep hearing all around me. Charming and oh so loving, huh?

Well, I certainly have respect for you, but not for any religion that practices intolerance and hatred in the name of God.

If I were Muslim, no one would dare post funny pictures lampooning Islam.

Isn't that weird?

my calling out the christian worship of paul isn't disrepectful...unless it's inconvenient for the truth to be spelled out so plainly.

the warlike, intolerant ones are the ones the christians worship the most. ignatius loyola. augustine of hippo. paul the christian killer.

Suggesting that Jesus of Nazareth was just an instrument for Paul, that's perverse. That's satanic. You can get away with that kind of thing on a leftist board like WrongPlanet, but on any Christian discussion site the users wouldn't like it very much. For that kind of blasphemy, you might get banned. WrongPlanet seem to have a distinctly anti-Christian bias.

you mean like this?

i don't even get why you picked muslims other than maybe because THERE AREN'T ANY ON THE BOARD....so i guess that'd be a good way to claim unfair treatment when in reality it's simply just that there are no such people on the board for such discussion to come up.

the influence of paul on christianity is far more perverse and paul has had a much stronger effect on the world and christianity than jesus.

Yeah, that's the one. Now, what I want you to do is get on a plane, go to Baghdad, and walk around with that cartoon emblazoned on a white cotton t-shirt. Be sure to let them know you're American, too.
