A few days ago, a regular user here lashed out at me, called me names in a PM, because I didn't support Dr. Ford.

He seemed out of his mind, like he's suffering from a psychosis.

I hope he's OK.

He hasn't been on since, or responded to me.

So it’s ok to be sexist and objectivefy women if they not democrats?
Cause if we said that abiut a democrat woman we’d be called misogynistic.

No I'm just saying I think the only reason she stays married to the guy is because he has a lot of money and he probably lets her get away with certain things.

She is to Trump what Ava Braun was to Hitler.

It has nothing to do with sexism it just is what it is.

Trump Haters have feelings too you know, yet you guys aren't above calling us really hateful names like "liberal" and spreading lies about us.

Every human being has feelings. Even the Nazis and the Taliban. But honestly who really cares?

Right she's just a gold digger and comparable to Ava Braun. Funny thing is if trump said those kinds of things about someone else's wife I have a feeling quite a lot of liberals would blow a gasket.

Are you implying that he wouldn't insult somebody else's wife? This is the same man who called Rossie O'donnell a fat *****.

If you people honestly believe that he is entitled to insult any female he feels like than I should have the right to insult his wife and admit that I think she is nothing more than an imported trophy wife for a fat ugly old rich guy.

Insults are fair game.

Nah man. Jews should be kind to Nazis. Blacks should be kind to white supremacists and especially the KKK. LGBTQ should be kind to extremist fundamentalist Christians. After all, they all have feelings too!!

Yeah, personally I couldn't give two s**ts about upsetting Trump supporters. As Blabby said, you go against me and mine - I'm not going to love you. I don't hate you, I just have no regards at all for you. I'm a hispanic/immigrant/bisexual - all groups the Trump regime actively targets and demonizes so why the F should I care about upsetting his fans when they act like raving hyenas going after my people? Because they "have emotions too"? F that s**t. You get struck, you hit back - you don't bend over, get kicked, and say thank you for it like Trump supporters apparently expect minorities to do.

Then again, his supporters are so blind they can't see what he and theirs are doing to minorities - even when a vast majority of minorities do tell them - they deny it. Still there's no excuse for their actions and there's no reason to take it - there's especially no reason to love them for it.

Bigger job gains for disabled workers under Trump

Disabled Americans are going back to work at a better pace than those with no disabilities, another sign that the Trump economy is opening up the job market.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics Jobs Report released Friday said that a higher ratio of those with disabilities gained jobs than those without them

“The employment-to-population ratio for working-age people with disabilities increased from 30.4 percent in September 2017 to 31.4 percent in September 2018 (up 3.3 percent or 1 percentage point). For working-age people without disabilities, the employment-to-population ratio also increased from 73.8 percent in September 2017 to 74.0 percent in September 2018 (up 0.3 percent or 0.2 percentage points),” said BLS.

The participation rate was good too, according to a report from the issued by Kessler Foundation and the University of New Hampshire’s Institute on Disability.

“September data continues the uptick in economic indicators that we saw last month,” said Debra Brucker of the UNH Institute on Disability.

I don't know what the context of the Melania Trump photo is, but it looks like a lovely photo to me. They both look so happy.

I've had burning in my head for quite some time now that I want to make a thread here about the fact that a lot of people can't say a good thing about "the opposition" even if they obviously did a good thing. But it's more than that, I don't know how to explain it properly or what to title my thread. It's like how they can't do anything that's associated even slightly with the other side, or they can't do a good thing if the opposition would also think it's good. Is it that it must be bad if the opposition thinks it's good or they can't do anything that might in some way, even a tiny way, validate the opposition? I don't mean people here or just the red vs blue America thing, I'm talking about far and wide how this seems to be more and more a thing. If the opposition does something then it must be bad and you must show that it's bad no matter what it is.

Maybe I am being judgemental and being too hard on her and she might not actually be as bad as her husband. But I can't understand why any woman would put up with a man who insults women the way he does and most people tend to assume that when a beautiful young woman is married to an old rich guy like Trump that the relationship is all about money. But then again maybe it's not? Maybe she actually loves the guy and sees a side to him that nobody else in the world sees?

I really shouldn't judge other people's marriages and relationships.

She married Trump 14 years ago. And she was with him a further six years before she married him. I would be surprised if the money didn't play some role, but Melania will have not exactly been short on money herself, and 20 years is a very long time to put up with someone, and it's not as if she has to, I'm sure she could find a new money man if she grew weary of Donald.

Yeah that's true. I mean she was a former model and models make very good money plus she's still a very beautiful lady so I bet she could have any man she wanted. She wouldn't have to stay with somebody like Trump if she didn't want to.

Actually I'd say we are ALL stuck exactly there.

Stop underestimating sociopaths, gah, why does everyone always do this!?

I guess because people with empathy and a concious want to believe that everyone else has it too which is what makes us suckers.

I have often wondered if she was in an abusive relationship with him. But if she is being abused at all she certainly doesn't show it in public.
