Maybe, maybe not. I am sure Germany would have taken up arms again since it was dealt with unjustly following the Great War 1914-1918. The Germans were made the scape goats of the war. Austria Hungary was just as complicit as Germany and so was the Ottoman Empire.

The French got even for the Franco-Prussian war which they lost so ingloriously.
