By discussing a banned member Raptor, I'm not sure the exact wording, but I'm pretty sure that mentioning names is crossing the line. I'm not referring to Ruvyn, Kraichgauer, if that's what you're asking. Speaking of which, I haven't seen him lately.

Who's the banned member and how would one know that person is banned?
The word "BANNED" does not appear in green below any of the user names on that page as was the practice at one time.
I'm not aware of any alphabetized list of banned members to refer to. If there is one it should be prominently displayed.
"You just hafta know" or "he said/she said" or "I think" don't cut it since that is unofficial.
It shouldn't fall on members to keep a list that WP should provide if banned members aren't to be mentioned.

Well, I'll just go ahead and say it: Inuyasha. He's been banned for years, and his comments are only a page behind this one, this is an old thread.

I'm pretty sure Ruvyn didn't get banned though, I wonder how he's doing and why he hasn't posted lately.

Ruveyn is an elderly man, and may not be in the best of health.
As for Inuyasha - despite the fact that he and I could argue for page after page on one particular thread or other, I genuinely liked him, though he could rub a person the wrong way.

Are you sure he was banned? I'm familiar with the incident that lead up to him being put on suspension but that's all I KNOW about. Like I said before, if there is no way to verify that by the methods mentioned there is no reason to believe he was banned. A unpublished ban is the same as a secret ban, for lack of better terminology.

People do just leave for whatever reason or no reason. I think that's what may have happened with Ruveyn.

King George III would be proud of Obama. There are two ways to end this. One, is to go through Congress. But there is not enough votes in the Senate to break a filibuster. Second, take it to court. Tie the executive in the courts so it would take years for a SCOTUS ruling preventing going into effect. They are already doing this with his immigration order
