The teeth thing is BS, it's a stereotype just like saying all Yanks are fat, ugly, idiots.

Of course it is the fault of the NHS and not people having poor dental hygiene habits


Having crooked teeth and having rotten teeth are not related ills. It seems the Brits are just not as keen on forcing their kids to wear braces. In the US it's poor people who have sh***y teeth because they can't afford to go to the dentist.
