Signs your "theory" might be wrong....
Neither thought experiments nor computer simulations prove anything. We can indeed learn from them and they may give us insights into how things may work or about reality itself, but it is only by probing and measuring theories against reality itself that leads to proofs.
So math isn't proof either since math is really just another form of simulation... and simulations are created from math...
So no math or computer simulation has ever proven anything in science?
Thought experiments are created using data... so are you saying data can't prove something?
Just because some thought experiments are not accurate doesn't mean that all thought experiments aren't accurate... it's just a poor thought experiment.
Data predicts reality... if what you were saying was true then Einstein could have never made the extrapolations he did... to suggest this was just luck or "ideas" is very naive.. it also shows you likely haven't made any true extrapolations yourself.

Actually people predict what happens in reality. Sometimes the predictions are right, sometimes the predictions are not right. The observed facts (of which there are only a finite number) provide people who have brains and senses the raw material from which they formulate theories, and from those theories they infer the predictions they make.
Nature provides the dots. Humans provide the dashed lines that connect the dots. Sometimes the patterns of connection are right, sometimes they are not right.

Are you just taking an oppositional stance for some other reason?
I have not seen you provide any supporting information or corroborate these arguments.
Unfortunately due to commitments, I have been unable to spend the time researching all his information as yet. However, I have been interested in this area myself for many years. Without having checked out every single piece of information CAL has provided I am unable to say at this moment whether I think every single piece of it is correct/true. However, I do believe some truth lies within it at the very least, and I am just very irritated by the closed-minded, condescending, insulting nature of all the responses he has had. He doesn't deserve this, neither do his ideas or information. He is very brave, very stoic and very willing to continue to educate people on what he knows in the face of a lot of adversity here. So it doesn't matter whether I know or believe what he says to be true, (at this moment I'm certainly more inclined to believe him over others rattling off their "learned knowledge" in such a fashion). What has been going on here is a dog-pack, which considering so many here think they are so intelligent, would appear to prove otherwise.
As an Aspie I also have a strong sense of justice/hatred of injustice, therefore I am also inclined to defend someone in the face of such OTT condemnation from others.
Did any of you people even read my quotes about the idiocy of being closed-minded!

What you are saying makes no sense.. you are the waste of time to talk to.
You have zero idea how revolutionary discoveries are made or you are afraid to admit you are wrong..
Temple Grandin didn't do what she did because she can "think like a cow"... she did it because she could run simulations in her mind just like 3-d computers but without all the programming necessary....
Einstein did the same thing because he studied nature and had a complete understanding allowing him to extrapolate conclusions others couldn't...

The point is that it IS possible to understand nature and predict it's behavior... and IF you formulate the proper thought experiment AND understand all the variables completely it CAN prove that that extrapolation is correct.
That's simple algebra.. you are solving for an unknown variable.. algebra can be proven.
Just because others don't understand that it is proof and are unaware of how someone could come to that conclusion doesn't make it any less valid..
And just because something hasn't been proven to the world or accepted by the world doesn't mean that that proof isn't valid...

What comes out of some peoples' arses is more worthwhile and intelligent than what comes out of some peoples' mouths.
Not that I agree CAL talks out of his arse whatsoever though. I just think there are some who are so busy coughing out bile on this thread that they keep forgetting that they are not supposed to insult the person (which includes their behaviours), only the idea.

I don't expect people to just take what I say as fact... I want people to explore this along with me.. but if you are arguing every point along the way it is impossible to make any progress because you have to look at the whole picture. Not just one small piece of the puzzle.
And I am sure there are things I may be wrong about.. because there are elements of this I am unsure of.. Many things I talk about are not things that have been proven or solid.. but there are indications.
Like that Lady gaga video I posted where it appeared she was mind controlled. There is no way to convey all the info I have seen that makes me think mind control may be legit and may be used widely. But there are other possibilities with that, too. But some of these things are not central to my main discoveries either.. they just add weird twists to it all and point to very bizarre things going on in recent and distant history.
Send her one of these to keep those pesky government agents out... you will both have matching head-gear then:

Witch hunt...
Do you realize Mkultra - which stands for mind kontrol - was a hugely funded government program? When they investigated it the department involved destroyed most the documentation on it.
Mind control has been researched since the Germans first started working on it in WWII. The guy who headed it in the US run program was a German from WWII who ran the same program there.
Do you think the military would research something for at least 30 years if there wasn't something to it?
Do you know why the military would work on something like mind control? Because they are afraid the other guy is too if there is really something to it... and this is also why they would utilize it as well.. because they would feel if they didn't then other countries would and we would be at a disadvantage and end up being taken down because we didn't.
There is a book called Trance-formation of America and a woman who was supposedly mind controlled wrote a book about her experiences... supposedly Ronald Reagan said world peace would come from mind control.

You want bizarre?
Howbout that little green man who follows you around everywhere you go!
I know for a fact that there is a little green man who shadows you.
He just disappears everytime you turn to look at him.
And no one in your life ever points out that little green man behind you- because they are all in on the conspiracy to keep him secret from you.
And no one breaks rank from that conspiracy because there is an even bigger conspiracy to enforce that conspiracy.
And if you think that that's crazy- THATS EXACTLY what THEY WANT you to think! Because they are beaming mind control beams at you at this very moment to make you think that im crazy- (or atleast that Im being sarcastic).
But Im serious!
That little green man follows you around everywhere!
He is responsible for every bad thing in your life!
In fact we are all taking orders from him to pick on you right now!
He is standing behind you and sending us messages over your shoulder into the computer screen that go through the internet that we all can see here on WP!

I agree that CAL has been fairly brave, but I think you've largely got things the wrong way around here. CAL has been extremely closed minded. He has, for example, dismissed all science as being part of the conspiracy, unless it is on the extreme fringe. That is the epitome of close minded. It is impossible to reason with him as a result.
CAL has so far suggested that:
1) 9/11 was a hoax with no planes, or "unconventional planes"
2) Anthropogenic climate change is not occurring
3) Cold fusion is a reality
4) Anti-gravity is a reality
5) Vaccines could cause autism
6) Anyone who has said something similar to him but slightly different is a "disinformation agent"
7) All scientific journals are controlled by Freemasons
8) In fact, everything has been controlled by Freemasons for upwards of 50 years
Six of those statements are demonstrably false. Whenever someone has provided evidence that they are false, CAL has ridiculed them as being in the thrall of "the man", and willfully blind.
Two of those things (6+8) are not demonstrably false, but are extremely unlikely. Whenever someone has raised flaws in these ideas (how difficult it would be to keep a secret of that scale for that length of time, the impossibility of distinguishing truth from falsehood if disinfo agents are real, etc.), CAL has dismissed those concerns and said "my research makes it clear" or similar.
CAL is frankly exhibiting all the signs of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Due to his lack of scientific knowledge (I don't have a degree, only A-Levels- I am told these are roughly to the same detail as the first year of most American degrees- but he still is not as informed as me, as shown by his mistakes over global warming et all), he is incapable of recognising how scientifically illiterate he is. He mistakes fringe positions for "legitimate positions that have been suppressed by the conspiracy", he is unable to appreciate the importance of collaborating scientific evidence for each point (rather than the theory as a whole collaborating other bits- imagine if the theory of evolution was based on two fossils, three modern populations, and one gene).
I'm not saying "CAL can't be right because he doesn't understand science", I'm saying, "CAL isn't right because the things he says support his theory are not backed up by science". For example, he suggests that there is a conspiracy because someone is trying to distract us by lying about climate change, which isn't happening. However, climate change is really happening. That undermines the idea that "it is made up by the man".
Science is not a string of authority statements, it is based on observation and study of what is happening in a systematic manner. There is very strong evidence against a lot of the things CAL says. The evidence he has presented is flimsy at best, therefore it does not shift where the weight of evidence points.
I've already let it slip that I used to work for the British government doing scientific computer simulations. I also had to sign the official secrets act. I'll send you a PM; can't let the details come out on a public website.
