They certainly are. Watching Faux is how they all got word to rush down to Chik-Fil-A to support the suppression of LGBT rights.

^ Well, you people (progressives, social justice warriors, etc.) trying to publicly shame Chick-fil-a is what did it. Most people don't know or care to know about a business's politics. By shining a spotlight on Chick-fil-a's politics all the people that found they agree with Chick-fil-a's stand on gay issues felt obligated to patronise them.

I'm sure Chick-fil-a thanks you all for the free advertising. Thier own advertising could never yield profits like that.

I am not a social justice warrior

as you can see that is just ridiculous.

Also this isn't about publicly shaming them they simply aren't allowed a location/franchise in the airport....I don't even know why anyone who's not in Denver even cares. Also they had patrons before to, now they just mostly have moral warrior conservative christian patrons and less progressive and LBGT patrons so not sure what you think the big deal is. I'd hate to eat in a place that crowded and wait in a line that long...if that is what those people want to spend their time doing great.

I fixed your picture for you. It didnt show up before.
Back to the social justice warrior thing: You all seem to love to broad brush conservatives so I just reciprocate in kind.

The same thing came up in 2012 for the same reason.

Please
It's not like no one here ever takes an interest in issues outside thier home state (or country) for that matter.
Look at the Sandy Hook (Connecticut) or Zimmerman / Martin (Florida) threads we had to name just two shining examples.

Meaning giving too much attention to them gave them a lot of extra business during the "homophobic chicken sandwich" era three years ago.

f***d up the quote thing so...
I did specify conservative christian moral warriors....that is a specific group of conservatives not conservatives as a whole. And I can recall posting plenty of comments indicating I do not think 'all' of them fit one stereotype. So not sure what you are on about with me loving to paint them all with a broad brush...that is probably my worst favorite thing to do.

Will have to look at that link in a minute...but not sure how redirecting me to another thread explains how simply disallowing them a franchise on airport grounds is akin to 'publicly shaming them' but shall find out I suppose.

Sandy hook was a much bigger event...mass shootings usually are 'chick fil a throws a fit because the airport decides against allowing them a franchise there' doesn't really seem like the sort of out of state news people would follow. And its not so much you but the poster a page or two back seemed concerned with it.

And ok so chick fil a got extra business from, conservative christian moral justice warriors...though I wonder how much actual 'extra business' this translated into based on how many patrons they've probably lost by making a point to make their bigotry heard. Not to mention I don't think conservative christian moral justice warriors are really the majority in most places.

Either way if they really did get extra business they should be happy the DIA wont let them open a franchise on their grounds...then they can have more buisiness from the moral warriors on the grounds of being poor persecuted christian victims, right?

That was addressed toward progressives as a whole.

Same complaint, different year.

A big yet isolated event that happened in one state.

Personally I've never eaten at Chick-fil-A and don't plan to in the foreseeable future since nothing on their menu particularly appeals to me. I'd rather go to Popeye's for chicken and I could care less about thier politics.
