Those claims were investigated after the 2008/9 massacre, by numerous human rights groups, including Israeli ones, and UN fact finding missions, and found to be false. However, they found that Israeli soldiers used Palestinian children as human shields, which you will support. After the 2014 massacre, Israelis just restricted investigations and made the same claims.
Let's say for argument's sake that Hezbollah or Hamas did fire from schools or hospitals, the fact that anyone would think that would justify blowing up those schools and hospitals, shows the sadism that the Palestinians and Lebanese are fighting against.
