You would be surprised how good some transwomen are at making themselves attractive. Estrogen and testosterone blockers do lot to feminize the face. I've seen males who I thought would make very unattractive women transition and become fairly good looking women.

I think a lot of people miss that the term means people are treated equally under the law regardless of gender. It doesn't mean making males and females the exact same. I mean it would make for an interesting sci-fi movie to have a society that has somehow transcended sex/gender and there is just one single sex, and they have to reproduce artificially...but that is not what most people who support Gender Equality are going for. Maybe a few fanatics have that as their end goal.

It does however, constitute transcending those female and male qualities between both genders.

Meaning that a large number of unskilled men will take on a domestic role, as where most women, skilled or unskilled, will enter the work force.

Well that is going to be kind of hard considering most people don't make enough money to support them-self and a stay at home spouse.

Just pointed out the fact.
In the "female dominated" computer science all the most prolific scientists were males. Doesn't this ring something in your brains?

Males were more prolific because the system was biased against women. When CS was will female dominated, it was largely considered "women's work" and women rarely received credit for their accomplishments and contributions. This was during a time when women were still banned from holding teaching positions at many universities, and as such, were not permitted to be PIs and did not receive nearly the level of recognition of their merit and notoriety as men did.

But are free to believe otherwise. There are people who still believe the world is flat. What can we do about it?

A lot of those men, if not all of them, well - all of them, look like men without all that makeup. I've met a transgender person before and they sound like men, and look like men.

And the ones who don't sound like or look like men, you would not know they were transgendered unless they told you. It's actually possible for many males to speak in voice in the female register but it can be tricky to find that voice.

Here are some examples.

Now that was funny. Turing was gay and had mental problems, and the system destroyed his life completely, literally. Do you really think that being a woman is worse than that? You must be completely delusional.

Seems a fair question, personal attack aside. Aslo, wasn't there at least one woman among the real greats of early computer science? I forget the name..

*off to google*

EDIT: Might be thinking of Ada Lovelace, but I'm not sure.

So I can't say that someone can't tell right from wrong? Goodbye reason, welcome to the world of SJWs.

Errr...it seems you got it "arse about tit..."
I was saying *you* were being slightly insulting saying someone was "delusional"...
Classic misunderstanding...

Errr, no offence...
But...
It was *your* ugly head I was referring to...<duck>

Let us chalk it up to autistic lack of "theory of mind", shall we? <kiss kiss> <hug hug> XXOO

Saying that someone is delusional is all about facts and logic. Zero emotions there.
And, well, calling someone's behavior "ugly" is no less insulting. But you probably feel that insulting other people is only bad when other people are doing it, don't you?

Oh, absolutely I do...
"Do as I say and not as I do" is a favourite motto of mine...

You are a sassy one, aren't you... 8O
Initially I said: "emotionalism rears its ugly head..."
I didn't say your head was ugly...
Until the next post...
And that was in humour...couldn't you tell?

And no, I am not being emotional now...
I am simply working out an unexpected problem...

Unless I mistook the context between you and Chronos, Chronos took your comment as a potential insult...
To me, the term "delusional" equates to calling someone psychotic...

I'm sorry you don't get my irreverent humour...:jocolor:
Such is life... <shrug>

My best suggestion to you is to simply disregard my posts...
Ezy pezy<shrug>

And yes I am sorry I started this nonsense...
As you were...
Back to your corners and come out swinging...
I'm happy to watch the fire works while eating my popcorn... 8O

<thinks to self>
<Oy wey...what was I thinking?...never again>

One last final thought...
I will not be commenting on this issue again...OX
