I joined a couple of churches in my late teens and got dunked in baptismal water...actually quite an experience...

I was baptized at 15. It was awkward because a crowd was watching me and clapped afterwards. Some, including my mom, cried. I felt self conscious.

I have lots of pictures of it.

The water was nice and warm, though.

I was never baptized. I guess I was raised a heathen, so I'm going straight to hell when I die. :twisted:

One of the baptisms involved sitting in a bathtub at the back of the church with a crowd of 40 people being nearly drowned as my head was pushed underwater.

Isn't that the thing about God though , it doesn't matter to him if you a complete heathen as long as you repent before you die - or am I getting that wrong.

If hell scares you , just repent before your croak :lol:
