Trump, Biden supporters brawl in Michigan after election announcement

There were a few other skirmishes but I did not expect MAGA rioting, that is mostly a leftist thing. What I expect is more of this type of thing.
Gun-toting men who went to Philly to ‘straighten out the vote’ charged

Not so much as the near future as the legal actions play out but once they fail I expect Trump to say something along the lines of “the time to stand down and stand by is over”.

I'm not the least bit surprised over a brawl or an arrest, much less protesting. But what I have heard tell of for years is how extremely dangerous and violent MAGAs are and that they would take to the streets enmasse creating a tremendous amount of damage and would especially be running around using their guns.

There have been very violent large scale riots in the US lately and over the years, but not by MAGAs so far.

They are more likely to do something like Timothy Mcveigh in a few months.
I am surprised at how quiet it’s been, that is what bothers me.
Better to blow off steam than let it build up.

I'm sure they're letting it rip on social media.

They'll give the Biden presidency only a one star rating on Yelp and so on.

Well I watched the movie The Battle of Algiers again, which of course is based on true events, but will it get as bad as that, or there is actually bombing of buildings and one side gunning down as many of the other as they can in the streets?

But it seems that the people in the BLM are more interested in destroying their own communities rather than other peoples', so maybe they will just destroy themselves, rather than how it was in the war in Algeirs back then?

Haven’t seen that movie so I can’t comment on it.I doubt anything widespread ,but I expect something to happen. Its 2020, anything is possible this year.
I attended a small BLM rally and no one rioted or looted. In some of the larger cities it got bad.I don’t think the looters had any political agenda except to get free swag.

That would be my concern, left wingers might destroy property but right wingers kill people.

This is a right wing ruse. Because there is a larger cross-section of people wanting to protest against Trump there will invariably be looters infiltrating the crowds. My understanding is the vast majority of BLM protestors are peaceful.

So some say Biden won and some say it's undecided online. Does anyone actually know?

The media have "called" a result, but there are official processes that have to be followed before it is officially declared.

All mere formalities

I'm guessing there are many thinking like that, as they'd look rather foolish having pre-emptively celebrated a win that turned out not to have actually happened, but there's plenty of time in which things can change (using 2000 as an indicator, at least a month, for example) so we'll see what happens.

But why pre-emptively celebrate at all, rather than just waiting? If you declare a winner like some sources have, then you still look foolish.

Probably a case of overconfidence. Plus impatience.

The funny thing is Trump is bragging himself he will have to be dragged kicking and screaming

I honestly couldn't make this stuff up. He is an absolute disgrace to humanity.
