agree with these conspiracy theory's, like most of people here, we
need proof and facts, not endless baseless conjecture from a bunch
of conspiracy wackjobs like the one's from your Conspiracy Central.
Those guy's are off their freaking meds!
Your the troll.
Not all conspiracies are theories.
And you didn't even bother to look at Conspiracy Central
If you did then you would know that everything is based off of proof and facts.
You are based off of crap and irrelevant terms such as "wackjobs".

*******
You have a right to share your opinions in PPR without having to endure verbal abuse, mocking, ridicule. You have a right to have your opinions thoughtfully considered as opposed to being disparaged and shoved aside. You have a right to feel welcome here.
Sometimes we forget this. Yes, you are correct.
Hidden agendas not only exist....they seem to be the lubricant which enables the world controlling thugs to stay in control..
I like you.
Loved your rant.
It was perfect.

I won't be baited into your foolish psychobabble, your obviously here to stir up trouble.
Lulz Bob - seems like you are the one exhibiting paranoic delusions now. I'm here because it's a great board and I might be an aspie - plain and simple.
What you weren't expecting was that you were going to be confronted by someone who doesn't just sit there and take your s*it
I didn't quite understand the syntax of your first sentence. Either you were inviting me to leave - yawn
or
You were speculating as to my motivations and future actions - which is a bit silly really *shrugs*
with love
I tell people that my reiki has helped all of my problems. Would anyone listen to that? No I don't think so.
To the average person reiki is a demonic ritual......
Not exactly true; I've undergone reiki therapy for physiological problems, to varying and limited levels of effectiveness. If you'd like to talk about it objectively, I'd welcome the chance. Proselytization? I don't respond so well to that as an individual. But when someone disagrees and you try to 'prove' a belief and dismiss their own in the process... it does not invite receptiveness from others. To quote from a popular musical - "We all have truths - are mine the same as yours?"
The accusations need to stop, on all sides - period.

The rant was deleted bc it didn't say what it should've. Of course I could spit nails. But that's beside the point.
1. I know when I come in PPR to expect maltreatment, verbal abuse and disparagement of my opinions. That's ok. I can take it. I've been here long enough. And I know that is the way it is. There's a kind of psychological armor that can be engaged prior to coming in here if you know what to expect.
2. But when newbies are given the exact same treatment I'm given, it isn't fair. And I explode with rage. This kind of rage should be contained, I suppose, because it is disruptive and not really in alignment with when I'm cool and calm. I'm still not totally settled down.
3. For me, it's very sad that the new people I really like are scared away by rude obnoxious commentary and older members ganging up on them. I want these new people to stay because I, for one, enjoy their contributiion.
4. I think the majority of WP members avoid PPR like the plague. This is very upsetting to me....but, like I said, I can handle it. What bothers me is when the pond scum members have absolutely no sensitivity toward new members. That's when I go ballistic.
5. I would like to apologize to everyone on the thread for going off like that...and will try to keep a lid on it in future.
6. We really should make an effort to treat each other with consideration, respect and patience. There's no reason why we can't.

This is the first forum that I have ever used period.
Second is Conspiracy Central. Perhaps the best site.
Sure I've been around multiple forums.... maybe even signed up for one or two. But I've never actually posted a thread or replied to anything.
I have pretty much kept to myself over the years. Only recently Rime told me to come here.
I might go to Facepunch one day but I don't know.
I do know how you feel about having people bothered.

I'm one of those people who almost never comes here, mostly because I have limited time and the forum is too far down the page to grab my attention.
That said, I've read this last page and want to note a few things.
First, facts can be funny things. You can find facts to support almost any theory, if you pick and choose carefully enough. Facts alone do not win an argument, and asking people to study one's unique set of facts is asking them to invest a incredible amount of time in your perspective. I have done that at times, when I have reason to believe there is something important there. But my time is precious, and to honor that I've made what I feel are rational and intelligent decisions on what sources of information, what conveyers of fact, I choose to trust. I will not take to being called lazy, misled, unintelligent for making a carefully considered decision on how to use my time, but that is exactly what happens when I choose not to invest a few full days studying the one particular person's theory. That is unfair, but it is exactly what happens whenever I start to tangle with someone who believes in a theory that is far out of the mainstream. Hence, I avoid such discussions, as do many others like me. It does not mean we have not investigated or given it thought.
Second, I have no problem with Reiki, but I did post caution on the parent threads where the method was being sold. That is because, simply, parents already waste an insane amount of money chasing rainbows for their spectrum kids. If they have the money or find the concept enticing, give it a try. I cannot imagine it doing any harm. But the worry is that the families don't have the money, and start to obsess over what they may have missed, what wonderful thing they may be failing to do for their child. They don't need this. It's unproductive.
And that extends elsewhere in this forum. People worrying they are missing something great that they don't have the money for. In that way, it can be destructive. I know that no one here means for that to be the case, but it IS the case. Which means that when it comes to spending money, there had better be solid research showing proven benefits. If there isn't, you've got something that worked for you - wonderful, I'm glad - but isn't a miracle that needs to be sold at every opportunity. When Reiki becomes free, let me know. That would change everything.
So ....
Have fun arguing. But do it nicely.

Yes it is a rule that you have to give something to the healer for healing you with reiki.
I use reiki and I can tell you that. It is a no brainer. After all, God doesnt send checks.
It can be any kind of exchange. We say not to worry about money. My master would tell me that.
You know the best treatment she did was when the poor person (couldnt afford hardly anything) just made a simple cake and gave it to her.
You see money isn't the only kind of way to thank the healer. Now reiki can be done for free and I can give reiki blessings but YOU HAVE TO ASK! NO ONE WANTS TO ASK ME!! !! ! Now the difference between a free healing and a non-free healing is the effect.
We find that if the person doesnt give anything. The healing is only temporary. It doesn't last.
The exchanged causes it to become permanent.
If you have any questions about it I can answer them.
After all I use it myself.

Massage and manipulation for damaged joints and a permanent muscle spasm, several treatments (well over a dozen); individual is a professional paired with a licensed physical therapist in an effort to find a non-medication solution to the problems I face.
Proving a belief is near impossible; I've found that by leaving the door open, those interested will hear the noise and come in; otherwise one can often find themselves screaming into the wind - the difference between preaching to the masses and preaching to those interested.

Massage? There is no kind of massage therapy in reiki.....
You don't even have to touch the person.
I can do reiki from across the room with no problem.
I guess it is rather hard to find a reiki master as good as mine.
Reiki does not cause the need for regular medication to fade.
Reiki can reduce the needed medication by speeding up the healing process, yes it can.
Here recently I used reiki on my cousin in the hospital.
He is doing better now but he is still a jerk who hates my guts.

Yeah.. 15 was a tough age for me too. Seriously, I was pretty volatile, and I'm a pretty laid back guy.
mmstick, if you can't handle the criticism and the fact that people just won't believe you, then the politics forum is definitely not the place for you, sorry man.
Perhaps you have not read previous comments. Perhaps you missed one?
Here is the refresher:
I like it when people question me (call it criticism). I don't mind having people "not believe". When someone says something against it that is not true I must return with data stating that it is true. However the problem remains. I do not accept flame. I mean when someone comes on the thread and says the meanest, most untruthfully things to people. I dislike these people very much. However when I respond to these flamers you people regard me as such stated above.
People probably wouldn't insult you if you didn't patronise them the way you just did me. I read the whole thread up to that point, and made what I think is a justified opinion. Agree to disagree evidently isn't good enough for you.
If you want to suck up attention by saying you're leaving Wrongplanet (let's face it, not the end of the world for most of us), then that's fine, but I don't see why, when from what I can tell, all anyones has done is exactly what I've said you can't handle. Criticise your information. That's more or less all the PPR forum seems to get used for. I don't understnad what your problem is. If it's angst, then you're better off buying a set of weights and doing a Henry Rollins.

and what are you doing now? You disagree that I agree that I do not mind listening to others statements.
Yet people still fail to realize that it is not others opinions that I disagree with.
It is the ignorance of flame. People who get on here and reply with negative comments.
And where did you come in? Why would I do such?
I don't have to be here. I just came here to discuss things.
If you have a problem with the discussion then leave it as a positive reply, not a negative one.
There is a difference from negative criticism and positive criticism.
Which do you prefer?

The problem is mass confusion.
My comments and replies all seem to get misunderstood.
I try to correct what I've said but it only causes even more confusion.
Just a series of confusions followed by even more confusions.
