i hadn't heard her say anything about heller. she wants better background checks, and (unfortunately and unadvisedly) to ban the sale of large magazines (it wouldn't solve any problems to do this.). she wants to repeal the PLCIAA so gun companies that deliberately make weapons that are easy to change into automatics can be sued. i don't see how any of these things would affect the 300,000 firearms already out there and their owners. The NRA is feeding you stuff to make you paranoid. they represent manufacturers, not you and me.

I thought this was the post you were referring to, I don't know which other one about Heller you wanted me to read.

that was what i meant. you got it. my question about comments was what comments do you think i'm scared about?

You're in for big surprise come November!

I'm worried about you man! :P

Why? You can only go so far on saying shocking things. He's playing to his base. If you look at the major swing states, he can't win. Not unless something changes drastically.

Trump has led in the polls are numerous times, he most definitely can win. World is not standing still, there are still debates, still skeletons in the Clinton closet to be exposed. Media propaganda war won't decide the election.

i can't find the text of PLCIAA. do you have a link?

Here's Wikipedia on it:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protectio ... n_Arms_Act

Quote:
The Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) is a United States law which protects firearms manufacturers and dealers from being held liable when crimes have been committed with their products. However, both manufacturers and dealers can still be held liable for damages resulting from defective products, breach of contract, criminal misconduct, and other actions for which they are directly responsible in much the same manner that any U.S. based manufacturer of consumer products is held responsible. They may also be held liable for negligence when they have reason to know a gun is intended for use in a crime.

The PLCAA is codified at 15 U.S.C. §§ 7901-7903.

Here's the full text:

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/15/7901

It's not a particularly long or complex law, and it does exactly what I said it does.

what i get from wiki is that manufacturers who sell through approved gun dealers would have nothing to worry about from a repeal.

What is your rationale for repeal?

So now the Clintons have a deathlist. Doesn't surprise me one bit.

EXCLUSIVE: Outrage at Julian Assange for implicating murdered DNC staffer in email leak and offering $20k reward - as the victim's parents accuse Wikileaks founder of ‘politicizing this horrible tragedy’. http://tiny.iavian.net/bpqd

Gotta admit the death was strange and the truth must come out. Didn't appear to be robbery to me.

Is Assange a Republican or something? What "political gain" is the family talking about?

I told you! CLINTON IS A SOROS PUPPET! SOROS has always and will continue to be running the show to bring in his One World Order!

Leaked e-mail shows George Soros urged Clinton to intervene in Albania civil unrest - The American Mirror. http://tiny.iavian.net/bpxu

If Clinton is elected, the election was rigged in my book. Clinton is just a pawn that is being used by the ELITE! This is screwed up if you asked me.

Another little added tidbit: On Tuesday,

CNN falls to 3rd place after Trump bashing.

FOX News comes in first which means it is a trusted news source that I will continue to use. :-p

Scoreboard: Tuesday, August 9. http://drudgetoday.com/v2/r?n=0&s=2&c=1 ... t-9/301887

If Seth Rich was the source of the leaks then it seems impossible or at least very unlikely that his unexplained murder had nothing to do with it in my opinion. Way to big of a coincidence. Julian Assange is an Australian who has been essentially imprisoned in the Ecuadorian embassy in London for years now on bogus charges from Sweden which most people understand to be a ploy to silence and ultimate extradite him to the United States despite him not being a citizen who violated any of our laws. Partisan leftists liked Julian Assange when they thought the revelations of Wikileaks benefited their interests but now Wikileaks has exposed the corruption within the ranks of the Democratic party so now he is an enemy of the state and must die. Hillary and someone like John McCain really play for the same team and feel very threatened by the truth being exposed.

CNN is a Clinton puppet!
Here's is a 10 min video of CNN cutting off those who criticize Clinton....

Ten Minutes of CNN Cutting Off People Who Dare Criticize Hillary. http://drudgetoday.com/v2/r?n=0&s=2&c=1 ... e-stephens

And that is why CNN has fallen down in the ratings. No one likes a cover-up.

The Wikileaks stuff? They came from somewhere and Assange definitely implied a connection with the recently murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich. How can it be unfounded innuendo when it comes straight from the horse's mouth? Blaming the Russians is completely unfounded innuendo I think. Shot twice in the back, abrasions on his face/elbows/knees, with nothing stolen? It's all deja vu, I would not be surprised if they ultimate "conclude" that Seth Rich somehow killed himself. The circumstances are very familiar.

Another one to add to the Clinton Deathlist?

Friends of DNC-Linked Shawn Lucas “Freaked Out” by His Death. http://drudgetoday.com/v2/r?n=0&s=2&c=1 ... his-death/

My personal thought :

If Clinton's name was swapped out and Trump's name put in its place, the Democrats would have a field day with all the crap in the news right now piling up against Hillary. Just shows that no matter what Clinton does, they will turn a blind eye to then come after Trump for crazy crap. That's nuts, in my opinion.
