The consistency of standards of these obituaries is breath taking.

Who says passively watching youtube doesn't yield to some creative work (of compare and contrast).

Any news agency that claims to be fair and balanced obviously is not.

Those are qualities the reading/viewing/listening public ascribe to them, not labels they can apply to themselves.
