They should send the guy who did the to gitmo. That's terrorism and he should be treated as such. Most of those anti-abortion groups should be considered terrorist organizations.

CNN explained well why he did late term (3rd trimester) abortions. It was only when the fetus wasn't viable (couldn't live on it's own once born,) or the health of the woman was threatened. This is based on Kentucky law. It takes two physicians to concur for the procedure to happen.

It is only ignorance that led that man to kill Tiller. Ignorance and hatred.

Since you consider abortion to be murder, you obviously believe that doctors who perform this "murder," as well as the women who hire him to do it, must go to prison for the rest of their lives with no chance of parole, or be executed. That's what we do to murderers.

Right?

Yes, just as Jesus would have wanted - and advocated for all of the years he was upon this Earth.
As we all clearly remember, Jesus said "Murder your enemies."

Murder is the wrongful killing of a human person. Fetuses are not persons, even though they have a human genome. You are condoning murder most foul. Tiller performed a medical service for his patients.

Am I right in assuming it is also o.k. (by you that is) to kill the mothers who arranged to have the abortions in the first place? Please do tell.

+1

Using violence to force change upon politics is terrorism. Send those f-ers to gitmo. This is the same kind of ret*d extremist f-heads with idiot-DNA that would join Al-Quaida if they lived in Afghanistan. Wipe em off the planet!

The type of abortion he did is extremely rare, and done when the fetus is either dead or won't live long, or the mother will die if the pregnancy continues. Most abortions don't take place that late in the pregnancy, they're usually done in the first trimester, which is also when women usually have miscarriages.

Now, what that terrorist did was murder, since he is also killing the women who need such a rare procedure to live, often leaving their children without a mother. As far as I'm concerned, that murderer is just like those who caused 9/11 and other attacks.

Yet another murdering terrorist not deterred by the "War on Terror".

Also R.I.P. to the martyred doctor, and condolences to his collective family and friends.

You can't reason with irrational people on either side of the issue. Both want blood.

It's a pity there's no such thing as time-travel.

Otherwise I'd go back in time and persuade your mother to abort you

How about those who kill thousands of babies?

No, Tiller was well-known to "perform 3rd-term abortions" (kill viable unborn babies) for basically any reason as long as you had the $10,000. That was widely-reported on for several months. Think about it: He was among only 3 physicians in the country to still "perform 3rd-term abortions" (kill viable unborn babies), so he had a virtual monopoly money deal going. If his reasons were as reasonable and humane as you say, then why were only two other doctors in the country getting in on the millions they could make doing late-term baby killing?

Depends on the knowledge per case; might just be manslaughter in many cases on the part of the child-killing mothers. But there is no doctor who performs abortions who doesn't know exactly what he's doing. Therefore, it should be a charge of murder for the doctors. O'Reilly said "This is a sad day for America". Ya, that's right... When serial killers are finally put to a stop, ya, that's a real sad day alright.

Abhorrsion topic

There would be no 3rd trimester pregnancy terminations if women could end an unwanted pregnancy before the third month. But to end Dr. Tiller's life will in no way stop abortions, so Roeder's mission was futile, as well as being murder.

Capital punishment is Biblical. The law should have caught up with Tiller long, long ago as the serial killer he was. Jesus never advocated a lawless society, or one without punishment for crime. His message was that our worldly concerns and strifes with each other are secondary, and that primarily we should focus on loving one another, because it's the next world -- the eternal one -- that matters most.
I'm not saying that Tiller's killer made the right choice. I'm just pointing out the succession of facts: 1. Tiller killed thousands of babies. 2. Tiller was killed. 3. Tiller doesn't kill babies anymore.
