Necromancy

I've randomly become obsessed with necromancy. I believe it real (for some reason) and would like to know more. anyone know any good sites?

im physically incapable of sitting down and taking the time out of my day to read a wikipedia article.

Have you tried Sacred Texts, they cover all kinds of religions and spiritual things, a really great resource for all of that kind of thing. I have a book by Leilah Wendell (ritual side) though I haven't used it or even read all the way through so no idea how good it is.

I'd actually want to try becoming a Lich before i die <.< this way i could keep my intellect "alive" and cleanse the world of those unworthy humans who pollute my beloved planet but all in all, the chances of that happenning are below 0% <.< So meh. Oh yeah, no need for food either Best thing with being undead ^^

I'd summon a pokemon and kick anyones head in.

Just try and avoid doing your own killing - although it's a pretty lukewarm sort of necromancy if you do.

The devil isn't going to save you from the courts.

But Necromancy was banned by the mages guild yet is still legal in the empire.*just kidding that does sound cool like alchemy.

One must, of course, practice for hours every day to flip a coin between fingers expertly and make it disappear from one hand to another. The key in necromancy is distraction. Getting one's audience to accept that evil spirits exist and can be summoned requires a general knowledge of smoke generators and modern image projection devices. Pigeons and rabbits can be a problem. I knew one fellow that had a rather aggressive rabbit that objected to being used as an assistant and when it was parked on his head under his top hat it frequently grazed on his hair and bit his scalp. It is not generally acknowledged but rabbits have razor sharp teeth and can be very flighty. This particular rabbit cause such scalp damage that eventually the amateur necromancer ended up with a head of hair that definitely looked moth eaten. And during one unfortunate performance the rabbit ran up the theater aisle and attacked a guard doberman with such ferocity that the poor dog had to undergo deep psychological probing which revealed severe sex identity problems. All at the extreme expense of the poor necromancer. It can be a very trying enterprise. And the cleaning bills for removing pigeon excrement from the inside of his jacket sleeves can become astronomical.

if only for the definition of the word, necro is usually associated with death. <.<
