The plot thickens. This might be okay to pull in Iraq, but it's inexcusable here.

rpm2004 - please be careful and think before you say such things. many people will be offended by your comment, which is insensitive, given the appalling privations being suffered by those affected by katrina.

thank you.

Most people in North America are better in remembering war "heros", not disaster saviours. CNN and other lesser forms of media continually pound the violent stories home while they water down the good ones as boring.

It is a f**king shame that our popular social entity has become so obsessed with violence, war and money. The definition of "hero" has changed dramatically here whether we like it or not.

no...I go by the general rule of thumb that if you care less, you get dissapointed less (you have to sacrifice happiness for this)

so I really have no feeling one way or the othe when it comes to mass death and or the opening of an amusement park

Halliburton in on it again, are they??

A nationalised rebuilding effort could be done for half the cost , and twice as fast, with no corporate executives argueing over pay.

Big Government knows best (that was NOT sarcastic).

I still didnt find Sean's comment acceptable. Suggesting that lives arent important in Iraq.

I was being sarcastic. If It's still going to be a problem, I'll have to think about how to change it later today.

More like a thought that he f^ed up bigtime when his constituents needed him most rather than thinking like a liberal.
