For example, if all electricity was cut off for a verrry long time. They have these smart bombs that are small enough to fit in a purse that can make an area unable to produce electricity for over a thousand years, what if something like that would happen world wide and a thousand years goes by and civilizations come and go without electricity, how would anyone know if the internet existed? Or is it a technological mirage?
what do you think?

I think the "smart bomb" thing you are referring to is incorrect. There is a blackout bomb which disperses wires over power lines, but as for a thousand years, uh...

As to your actual point, rather than the method mentioned, would the internet be considered a myth if there were no longer electricity for a millennium? Yes, probably so. People tend to relegate things to fiction if they have not seen it within their lifetime. Perhaps not even a full millennium would be necessary, just the passing of the last generation to have seen the use of electricity.

If you erase all trace of anything for hundreds of years it won't be remembered.
Spoken languages, for example.
