Did you guys know that food are sometime withheld form foster children as a punishment because teacher know that a lot of kids in foster care don't get to much to eat, so they use it as a punishment, another thing that happens is the use deadly Restraint on these children.
and most of the foster parents don't give a damn and when they do get a good foster parent that talks up for the child, the school often tell the foster parent that they have no say, and it's up to the child case worker.
this little boy was only 12 year old when he was restraint by his teacher and died, during the time he passed out he was never helped by anyone. this is so sad but happens all the time

kids with special needs are also being victimize they are being withheld food for not performing the task that is asked something as simple as picking up a piece of paper. kids with special need often may have melt downs when this happen the kids are often abuse by school official.
