Psyche! It's just some black guy.

As if Paris would ever be sentenced to a significant time in jail.

Well, the article explains that the Missouri courts make a huge distinction between cocaine and crack. Paris Hilton was caught with cocaine, and in a different part of the country.

I'm sure if this were a thread about gay marriage or illegal immigration in Arizona, it would be full of liberals telling us that "the law says this" and "the constitution says that".

PS - Interesting website. Can you recommend any websites aimed at White America?

meh, it was recently diminished and the rest will likely disappear in the next few years.

This piece of news was just released yesterday and says that reducing the sentencing is unlikely since it will position the judge as "weak on the war on drugs".

Which is all just BS posturing and the legal status of drugs is more a problem than the use thereof is.

Hunh, "unweighable" to me expressed so much crack that it really could not be weighed in any practical sense. Not so little that it couldn't be. The shift in mindset is interesting.

Even if she'll do, it won't be a crappy jail.

There is no large amount too large to be weighed. They make absolutely sure to tout the mass of it if it's a large haul; it's essential to the propaganda for the war on drugs to parade every large bust possible*. And a large haul would never get a measly 15 year sentence. That guy would be away for life if it was a large amount or at least what would reasonably be a life sentence in terms of how old he is versus how long his sentence would be.

*Even if it's something as laughable as a marijuana bust.
