Do you find it baffling that the US Supreme Court will give non-profit, tax-exempt status (year 2010) to both of the following?

a. A church which ordains women ministers and women bishops to give religious lectures/conduct religious services in church on Sunday.

b. Another church which cusses out the ordaining of women ministers and women bishops and instantly excommunicates women ministers on the basis that women are evil (gender discrimination).
