Is it possible for God to be in a glass of cranberry juice?

Is it possible to change a glass of cranberry juice into God by simply announcing (using a stage actor's voice) saying this cranberry juice is the actual blood of God - no questions allowed?

Since the Blood of Christ was introduced during a passover seder the drink must be some kind of kosher wine.

Real cranberry juice is unsweetened. When I drink it I sometimes say: "Oh God, that is sour!"
