Johnson, rightly, argues that the stimulus was

- Poorly designed
- Lacking in long-lasting effects (i.e. new infastructure)
- Too small

And thus fizzled out by the time of the midterms.

Heck, a large number of entities that got money had little to nothing to do with creating jobs to put America back to work.

Just another bunch of pork.
