Among the Wikileaks leaks there has been some about the ancient chief of the canadian security services, Jim Judd having wrote against a dedcisions of the judge;

Basically he was considering that confession under torture was a proof, and not considering it a proof was a danger toward national security.
Getting that under torture you can make someone confesse everything you want (Even being a pink elf, if you want such a confession...), how come anyone in their right mind consider it a proof?
