I find that to be happy, I must first be grateful.

If I can be grateful for one thing today, I can put a positive spin on everything I see or say or do.

It didn't snow today! I didn't have to scrape my windshield this morning.

What makes you grateful?

I'm grateful that while I will one day die so too will all the people who suck.

Today I am grateful for my little dog, Squiggy.

Seeing her fly through the air to catch a frizbee, lights up my day.

I just saw a movie called Happiness, and it was the most f****d up film I've seen in a while.
