That title should get people peeoing at this.

We have noted that the arteries of free discussion in this so free for all forum are often clogged with the gooey plaque of those who have more spleen to vent than content, not being content.

It has been argued that the religiosi should not have an exclusive forum, whether for the advanced reason that exclusivity is bad [please join in the group activity, don't just sit and read] or because of the cynical argument that the subpontics will just sneak in and foul the nest anyway.

So - why not a thread just for all the -issing activities? Then we can save the other threads for real discusion [But how, sir, do you reconcile Believer Baptism with Acts 16?] or for authentic sumo wrestling on the probability of a spontaneous universe or whatever?

Come, let us reason together:

I will start it off by dissing the atheists:

We all know the people who most loudly proclaim their atheism are closet theists who are ashamed of not being with it

Refute THAT.

I would say such folks are self-deceived, -disillusioned or -deluded ... except for the ones here on WP, of course.

I say that goes DOUBLE for WP atheists, and TREBLE for WP theists!

Well then, at least some of us have put a bit more effort into the matter.

I am puzzled - if you are NOT a theist - or are you saying you are? - why get into denominational distinctives?

If I were going to attack / critique Transformationalism - which I might at any time - I would go straight to the basics and not differentiate Chomsky - Path to Glory from Son of Chomsky.

There should be a no holds barred section of the forum.
