Better idea, how about we send a bunch of mercenaries in to shoot the Dictator in Libya. I'm not sure why anyone would want his dirty money.

Maybe they needed the money to buy food for their families. Not that it is an excuse for committing murder, mind you.

I think the Libyan people would authorize a lot more money to whomever captures or kills this nut case.
