if there are any psychics on wp please post your predictions for next year here.

for the last 2 years my esp ability has been limited when it comes to seeing/ dreaming of the future. so i wanted to know what you all think.

15% unemployment for California

Predictions are like masturbation: something not to be done in public.

Predictions for 2011? No problem.

There will be a scandal involving one of the British Royal Family.

A major Hollywood actor will die of a drug overdose.

A major sporting star will have a messy and expensive divorce.

Thousands of homes will be lost to flooding in Asia.

There will be no peace settlement in the Middle East.

A nasty computer virus will attack many computers.

You will meet a tall dark handsome man.

Oh, did you want a serious prediction? OK.

Economic collapse in America and parts of Europe.
Food riots in many countries around the world.
Civil unrest and race riots in America and Europe.
Gold to $2000 an ounce.
Oil to $300 a barrel.
Pension funds will run out of money and collapse.

But cheer up. It could be worse. 2012 WILL be worse.

3D technology will be supplanted by holograms.

I agree but that is probably five years away.

- New war soon (early 2011 or right now!). It will be triggered by some freak event.

Are you the new marketing director for Glenn Beck?

He's made a killing off his gold endorsement and now he's diversifying into the food insurance market.

There are already food riots in the world. There are already race riots and civil unrest. You are predicting what has already happened. The Enron pension fund collapsed. The bad guys looted it.

Define "economic collapse". We already have had financial companies folding and banks folding. Nothing new there.

I think you are right about the price of gold and wrong about the price of a bbl of oil.

this ain't really psychic, but my cliche'd predictions include -

there will be total gridlock [including another shutdown] in DC, and much political and legal sniping at obama, in much the same manner [only worse] as was directed at clinton. there will be at least one bluedog who defects to the repubs. this will happen more often in statehouses nationwide, as well. the tea partiers will battle among themselves over issues of political purity. there will be a military sex offense, not completely swept under the rug. at least one state will again attempt to outlaw abortion. there will be another DC sex scandal. the log cabin repubs will make more noise. obama will exercise his veto over healthcare repeal and other republican schemes. there will be much gnashing of teeth and profanity going in all directions. the secret service will have its hands fuller than full, and state executive security details also will be busier than normal, particularly in democratic states. odds are there will be another major american public infrastructure failure. user fees will skyrocket nationwide, at state and local levels. what is left of the sensible middle will take the last train to the coast. powerful ultra-rightist texans and arizonans will seriously broach the subject of secession, IOW they will mean it. here in washington state there will be renewed serious chatter about dividing the state along south-east [republican] and north-west [democratic/libertarian] lines. california will have the same type of renewed discussion, as well. the northwest will have a violent winter season, with grays harbor county [ocean shores/pacific beach] getting a lashing from a very un-pacific ocean. there will be another earthquake somewhere in california, and the new madrid fault line will make scary rumblings. astronomers will find something scary in space, and the sun will misbehave.
but i am only a weirdo, so just dismiss these as the dazed ramblings of a stranger.

That's not very psychic. My county is already past 15%.

Actual unemployment is around 18% if you figure in the people whom have given up.


I predict a lot of investigations being conducted by congress. Maybe even attempts to impeach Obama for obstruction of justice involving a voter intimidation case.
