What do you think will be the mayan calendar apocalypse?

I think it will be the magnetic poles switching. Supposedly we are 750,000 thousand years over due.

Oh and don't go on here just to say the mayan calendar is just a hoax, I know it is.

If anything happens, I figure it'll either be the poles switching like you said or a truly massive volcanic eruption.

There's going to be a collective breath-holding, at which point half the world will pass out from lack of oxygen. The other half will laugh, eat some popcorn and go on about their business.

I'll probably wake up in the morning, go about doing what I always do, and go to bed late at night.
In between, I'll check news websites every now and then to see if people have been behaving like crazy sheep again.

Well, either it will be nothing, and I hope it's not a pole switch as then all electronics will be screwed (at least I think) but it will likely be nothing.

However, if it is something here is what I believe will happen. The Bible mentions a race of people called the Nephillim, who were giants.

Basically, the Nephillim are the children of fallen angels. I believe these fallen angels in the Bible can now be associated with the "aliens" people see today. So, IF things happen in 2012, and something bad happens, I think what will occur is, first contact with "aliens" however these space aliens will be demonic in nature. These "aliens" will then say they're our true creators, not God, and then the "aliens" will experiment and do all kinds of bad s**t to humanity.

That's the worstest most horrible case scenario, and I'm not sure God will allow such a thing to occur, but if he did, then that's what I see as the "plan" in the Mayan calender.

But likely nothing will happen.

I would take the Mayan calander more seriously if I could buy a copy of it to hang on my wall from the Hallmark store.

Or if they at least published an "Eye Candy Mayans" version, with pictures of hot Mayan men with no shirts.

I almost bought a bas relief Mayan calendar while travelling. Wish I did.

I am not going to let my underwear tie itself into a knot just because the Mayans had a defective calendar.

I believe a giant two-headed rabbit is going to emerge from the center of the world and devour everyone who is not of mayan descent. Then the mayans descendants will be picked up by an alien space ship and brought to another planet to live a utopian existance. And then the weight of the giant two-headed over-fed rabbit is going to cause the poles to switch and destory the world and the rabbit in the process.

You better prepare now and get yourself injected with some mayan dna. With any luck you'll trick it.

All I have to say.....

The Moon will come to life and start to dance. With predictable results.

Britney Spears will be elected Unquestioned Global Authority in a surprising landslide that comes out of nowhere. Humanity dies within a week.

I think the world will continue to spin the way it always has the planets line up all the time it is just part of the solistice. I do however think there will be an Ice Age coming in the near future.

The magnetic pole switch will be the least of our problems!

On the date in question the Yellowstone Super Volcanoe will blow ( we are only 600 thousand years overdue for that) burying the whole USA in ash and turning the planet to toast.

Hopefully french toast (not to be racist )
