I'm just plain tired everyone, so if you don't see me around here for a while don't take it personally. For those of you who want to be my sworn enemies, get over yourselves. Have fun debating every old debate until the stars run out of hydrogen, but I'll be back when I don't feel so depressed.
That's the PPR forum! but sometimes I think that debating on an internet forum is useless and a waste of time, making watching porn even more productive than that, however, I'm here and admitting my failure and being honest about it

I generally don't participate deeply in topics that have to do with politics or religion. I may post my views but rarely do I ever come back to the thread, unless I have asked a question. I simply fail to care enough to be engaged, I guess. plus the meds I am on have dumbed me down a lot, and at times I get confused reading about politics and religion, which is weird, because I excelled in such classes - as well as philosophy classes - during college. earned a degree in philosophy even (it is worthless).
I too sometimes wonder about the amount of time and energy I put into posting here, but then I remember that it's an activity that I enjoy, and I think it makes me both a better thinker and a better writer to boot. It really does help if you can disengage emotionally from the topics, it took me a few years to learn to do that, but it's done wonders for my enjoyment of PPR.

If you post in this forum long enough you tend to cover most topics so I can understand how it can be tiring to be debating the same argument with the same people over and over. Always good to take a break every once and a while if only to wait until their are some fresh topics to discuss.
I guess it'll be up to me to make all the space threads from now on, my friend. I look forward to your return however

Dude, I hope you'll be back soon! Depression has a negative pressure coefficient at luminary velocities* so take as long as you need.

Take care, notaparakeet.
I knew someones was going to post that clip!
When I was a kid, Madeline Kahn in that scene gave me a whole lot of masturbatorial material, the first time I saw Blazing Saddles.

No kidding. Sorry to hear that you're also feeling tired of the crap.
That's a good way to look at things.
Thing is, that for the most part it seems like any "new" debate is just a rehashing of older ones, perhaps with slightly different subject matter but essentially the same.
If I did that then people like Kraichgauer might be able to make a profit selling fertilizer.
There are a few who might profit from an occasional constructive crit.
And several I feel I need to try to keep honest.
But many are the S of PBS. These are perilous times.
It's often difficult to recognize the difference between constructive criticism and belittlement though, especially when one has a communication disorder.
You've made some space threads? Could you post some links? In regard to humanity ever doing anything more than fiddling around on the ground you have been a great encouragement that the actual colonization of space might occur rather than be passed by.

Thanks, depression especially sucks when I had to clean the apartment for yesterday's inspection and had found one of my bird's babies had died. It always stinks when the baby cockatiels don't make it. Traveling at near luminal velocities without an Alcubierre drive would be rather interesting though, and take less time aboard ship than a warp drive due to time dilation. (Yes, to those who can't tell, I know warp drives are fictitious).
Thanks.
Thanks too.

Despite your rather rude reference to me selling fertilizer, I am sincerely sorry that your bird's babies died. I've lost pets, and I can understand how it can feel as bad as losing a family member.
