Actually religious fundamemtalists from the Confederate States like Texas were not opposed to the Biblical concept of concubinage.

Interesting. Maybe that will be enough to keep him from the presidency. o.o I mean, I don't like Obama, but I can't stand people like Perry.

There may be evidence in the Bible for a romantic preference of the same sex.

The individual who placed that add and anyone who comes forward better find reputable people to back up the claim or they will be at extreme risk of a slander suit, and Lord knows that Perry's case against them would be off to a strong start since the guy that posted that add was baiting people to say they slept with Perry.

Personally I like Perry's "10 gallon hat" style, but like I've said about Obama, I still need to check out his substance.

The Catholic Church. The Mexican birth rate will take care of the rest.

You do realize Texas is the state in the best economic shape in the entire US.

That statement would work if California wasn't having the equivalent of an economic implosion.

Well it would prolly mean that Californias economic woes do not have Mexicans at the root.
But spending without collecting enough revenue would be my guess.

Texas was probably not hit by the housing bubble to the extent that California was.

They have the largest number of minimum wage jobs in the country, and as well as a reduction in health benefits. That so-called Texas prosperity is misleading, considering the level of collective poverty and denial of access to healthcare in the state.
