Is that a grocer's apostrophe, or are we talking about that which belongs to Nazi?

I assumed it was the former and went with Neo Nazis because I don't like ideological accusations of Nazism except when they are used against actual Nazis.

This is true for Western Europe and the USA. In Eastern Europe, however, they are a going political concern.

They are like LARPers crossed with gangsters, in the main, but they seemed the closest fit to, well, Nazism.
