The 'travellers'. Put it this way: they cause crime rates to rocket any place they set up. Officially, they're seen as a kind of minority but many of them have no cultural traditions whatsoever.

I think it really said it all when that famous supporter of terrorists Vanessa Redgrave intervened in their cause.
