Pools prove nothing. Only the results matter.

He is the odds on favorite to win in Iowa. Gingrich is dead and bleeding support, he won't win. It's him or Romney at this point.

Comes down to how good Romney's organization is and how much momentum Romney can pick up in the closing days from Gingrich supporters abandoning ship. The enthusiasm gap is massive and that makes a world of difference in a caucus.

You got that right. I don't usually follow politics, but damn, Ron Paul is the only sane one among those candidates and even he is full of s**t.

Yeah, it appears that Ron Paul is doing well, and could win Iowa. Not sure how far he will go from there. Thought this a good article about concerns over his past newsletter. It's an important matter that needs greater addressing I would think for him to have a possible chance of winning beyond the Hawkeye state.

"Libertarians Must Confront Paul’s Hate"

http://www.commentarymagazine.com/2011/ ... paul-hate/

excerpt from the article:

Quote:
Reason Magazine’s Nick Gillespie attempted yesterday to confront the dirty little secret about Ron Paul. The libertarian hero may be leading in some Iowa polls, but as the story about the racist newsletters that were published under his name in the 1980s and 90s catches fire, his more respectable backers need to face up to their candidate’s past. To his credit, Gillespie admits that it’s not a “smear” to bring up the issue of the Texas congressman’s connections to hate literature as well as to 9/11 truthers, the John Birch Society and conspiracy mongers like Alex Jones. Gillespie even owns up to the fact that Paul has had as many different answers to the question of his connections to hate as Herman CainLearn more did about allegations of sexual harassment.....

Yeah, Huntsman is all steak with little sizzle and look where it's gotten him...

As soon as I finish school I'm sneaking into Canada.

It looks like Ron Paul's campaign has peaked, and is imploding right on schedule, to hand the Republican nomination to Mitt Romney.

Does Michele Bachmann even have a bum?

Yeah, she keeps him locked in a shed in her backyard. At parties, she lets him out and makes him dance for peanuts.
