An op-ed written by former executive Greg Smith provides stunning insight into the firm primarily responsible for creating the conditions which lead to the global economic meltdown. People are wowed by this because it has never happened before by any executive.

I'm remind of the apostle Paul's words at 2 Timothy 3:1-5, "But know this, that in the last days critical times hard to deal with will be here. For men will be . . . unthankful, disloyal, . . . not open to any agreement, slanderers, . . . betrayers"

If you get a chance read the op-ed.

I've heard about this on the news today, and what I found so unbelievable is the tendency for the media to simply pass this off as simply a disgruntled employee attacking his former boss.

Wow, that's one brave former employee.

I hope he has some sort of security or protection - legally. Gold-in-sachs is probably one of the most powerful organizations in the world. They will paint him as a traitor, insane, or as Kraichgauer wrote, the media passing him off as a disgruntled employee.

The vast majority will but the rest will use this as a rare opportunity to truly go inside a company that has otherwise shrouded itself in secrecy for the past 140 years. The fact that GS were able to hide the impending 2008 global financial avalanche until it was too late speaks volumes as to what kind of company they are. This Op-Ed only confirms that GS hasn't change and is actually getting worse. And the reason why this is such a huge deal is many people know that GS is a financial empire that controls the fates of many countries.

This is the same great institution we got Henry Paulson from. I was starting to wonder whatever came of all the Arthur Andersen and Enron people; I think we might have our answer.
